What a fantastic little coffee shop! The decor is top notch nostalgia. I love cold brew but am often wary of getting them at coffee shops because flavored ones can be hit or miss. But, I ordered the “Christmas Crack,” and when the owner said he recommended getting it as a cold brew, I was game. And oh was it incredible. Perfectly flavored with a deliciously smooth cold brew. It was sweet. Large. Amazing.

What a cool coffee shop! We went on a Saturday morning and it was busy but quick service. Unique retro vibe. They have VHS tapes to choose from if you would like to have a throwback morning and sip your coffee while watching a VHS on the classic Disney princess TV! Would return.

Best coffee and donut in town. The raspberry filling in the filled donuts is made with real berries, not just flavored goop like the chains. The pastry dough is fresh and fluffy for all their baked goods. The cold brew has a bold, distinct roast - I absolutely recommend if you prefer lower acidity coffees.

Aside from the fantastic snacks and beverages, the staff is incredibly comfortable and friendly. They genuinely care about customers’ input and experience, and do their best to host a comfortable space for anyone who finds their lovely little shop.

The walls are lined with nostalgia and love. Even the radio station is a throwback to early 2000’s pop culture glam. If you want the ambience of Nintendo and snack cakes with your best friend in their overdecorated bedroom, this is the place to caffeinate. You can even play Mario cart on the couch!

We stopped in today while at stroll on state and the owner was amazing with my special needs daughter. He talked to her and had a conversation like he would with anyone and it completely warmed my heart.. Their hot chocolate was really good and so we're the lattes. We will definitely for sure be back!!!

This place is awesome! It’s like my 80s basement transformed into a coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they serve delicious pastries and great coffee. I couldn’t ask for more!

A funny thing recently happened. I was at my sister in law, Susan’s house and she handed me a bag of coffee out of the fridge and said here use this. Someone gave it to us, but I don’t remember who. It looked familiar and tasted so good. Nice and smooth. I kept trying to figure out why it looked so familiar. Then I remembered that my husband and I had given it to her for Christmas! You better believe I went and got my own. I’m hiding it!

Oh man. I have been looking for a shop like this for a long while. I don’t live in Rockford but I have found a staple establishment for when I do visit. The atmosphere is cool and eclectic. Very much to my liking. The coffee is truly exceptional. I love dark roasts that don’t taste burnt, aren’t floral or overly aromatic. This was just about perfect! The owner of the shop was very pleasant and attentive. I will be coming back and I hope whomever reads this makes a trip here!
