This was my first time visiting the BMO Center in Rockford. It was to see Cirque Du Soleil - Crystal. The venue was easy to get to. The seats were great and the staff were all incredibly friendly. I look forward to my next visit!!

It was our first time here. It was very easy parking in the garage and walking over. The cost was $15. While we were inside, I'd say they needed more room. Having 2 lines checking people in a very tight space. If you have anyone in a wheelchair, disabled or heavier set, this wouldn't be ideal. The bathrooms were well stocked. The store was closed with what we thought was odd. Only merchandise you could buy was on the floor of the arena. I did like how easy it was to walk to our seats, even though we had to ask because our tickets were confusing. The seats had no numbers on them, so several times, we had to ask people to move. The pricking for the tickets was great. However, the fees that go along with it are insane. It shouldn't cost $60 in fees. This is why people can not afford to come and there's so many empty seats. Ensure there's accurate description on seating areas listed in your purchasing website. This will allow customers to make an accurate decision based on the needs of the party.

Security was more thorough than United Center which was a bit annoying. They searched purses even the kids' purses, pat us down and wand checked us. Tickets are always cheaper at box office than ticketmaster. Saved us almost $100 in fees. But Had a ball at Disney on Ice. I think I enjoyed it more than the kids.

Nice small stadium of about 8,000 seats. We saw Judas Priest. The sound was actually pretty decent.
Food and drinks were crazy expensive but typical for that type of venue. They were very accommodating of me in my wheelchair.
There was a HUGE almost dead cockroach in the woman's bathroom! It was disgusting.

2nd time here. Last was DMX. Jo Koy was amazing!! Had a blast with the besties!! Gta say this tho pay for floor seats. It's worth it. I can't wait until the next show!!

BMO has always been a good venue for concerts. You cannot control people and their behavior is the only issue I can think of. The facility is clean, there are several restrooms, multiple vendors selling refreshments, and they hire helpful staff.

Came from out of town for an Icehogs game. It was a sellout but the line still moved fast to get in and the place was spread out so it never felt overcrowded. Sight lines were good for the most part and there was great energy in the stands. There weren’t a ton of concession stands but there were a lot of options available. All seats were padded and comfortable too. Overall a great experience and will be back
