The entire staff makes what could have been an unpleasant experience one that was pleasant. Everyone is quite caring and takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what is going on, exactly what your procedure will be, and what is expected during the healing and recovery process. I can’t say enough good things about oak dermatology and highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch professional courteous service.

I went to Oak Dermatology in Joliet I saw Dr.Daw today to get some Lipomas removed. I had 3 removed he was so good when he put the numbing stuff in with the needle I barely felt it. Really I’m terrible with needles & I barely felt it. He and his safe from the front desk to the nurses that help him were awesome. They made me feel so comfortable, I’ll be have some more removed asap. I have a lot. He also has an office in Naperville Rt.59 & Rt 88. My next visit will be in the Naperville office.

I cannot recommend Dr Bhati, Dr Daw, and all of their staff enough after my recent experience with MOHS and skin graft surgery on my collarbone and face. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and reassured by all of their staff. I really appreciated how detailed the staff would be in explaining each step by step procedure. My wounds have both been healing wonderfully and I am so impressed by how they both look. I highly recommend Oak for all your dermatological needs!! 10 Stars!

Rhonda is fantastic! She is not only super sweet and easy to talk to, she listens well, explains information and takes her time with you.

I also recommend Dr. Fang who has a very kind demeanor. Very knowledgeable and offers options and fully explains those options as well. She is the best!!

Overall I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dermatologist office.
