We had our sons graduation party here last weekend. Georgann was wonderful to work with. Very helpful with all the planning and was extremely accommodating. The drinks were very reasonably priced and Diane the bartender was so sweet and all my family complimented her mixed drink making skills! The food was awesome! Let me tell you, if you're looking for great catering and a wonderful person to work with, look no further than Christine (Taylor'd Creations). She could not have done more for us! She went above and beyond in every way to make this day as special as we wanted it. And served up delicious food at that (whole family was very impressed). We have used American Legion many times in the past. And it's always been great. But these ladies really made this day one of the best. Highly recommend! Please look up Christine for your future catering needs. You won't be sorry!!

We always enjoy visiting the Post 1080. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. We enjoy the great service by the bartenders and staff. When they had food we would go there often for their great food. Can not wait until they have food again. The banquet room is so nice we have our association Christmas part there. You could have any type of celebration there.

They did a really good job on serving buffet. Food was delicious. The fried chicken and meatloaf was very good. Prices are very reasonable.
Last night went for dinner and intertainment. Very enjoyable. Had shrimp, delicious. Place was very clean and atmosphere enjoyable.

Went for a "Celebration of Life" service for a friend. We were in separate room. Drink prices very reasonable. Food served from there very good. Sad occasion, but nice place, nice time, and nice servers.

Last Saturday our family rented the hall for a baby shower for our daughter. It was a blessed event and the food was great.

I was really impressed at how comfortable everyone there makes you feel
so as former Marine of 10 years I joined this special post.

I had cod dinner and was able to eat almost all of it. But I am not a big eater,. My dinner mate had the bratwurst dinner that was 2 bratwursts on buns plus potatoes and slaw. Both were good

American Legion Post 1080 is awesome, Tuesday through Saturday they have the best dinners for low prices compared to restaurants. They have a very nice bar lots of TV'S to watch your favorite sports games Cubs, White Sox, Bears, Bulls, BlackHawks. Awesome service for dinner & in the dinning hall & at the bar. Dinners they have dine in or take out from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
