This little place opened not too long ago and I have been coming ever since. I love how you can customize each drink, especially if you don't like it too sweet they have a lot of non sugar options. Recently tried their breakfast bagels and they were very good! I was surprised. The staff is always kind and patient. My only call out is having a cleaner sitting area. Too many times, it's been dirty either crums, and once I stepped on gum. Also, I love they have board games, so you can chill there too. But other than that, it's a great place, way better than Starbucks.

I wanted to avoid Starbucks because my dog was with me, and he expects a pup cup whenever we go. So I decided to try Bigsby for the first time.

They lack the charm of an independent shop (I guess it’s a franchise), but they also lack the organization and efficiency of a place like Starbucks. I would have ordered a double espresso, but I didn’t see it on the menu - I ended up just getting a coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was not good - it tastes like what you’d expect from Dunkin, where it’s sitting on a burner all day. I was inside (as opposed to the drive-thru), and it took forever to get. I understand it was Sat morning, but you’d think they could expedite a simple coffee.

I almost walked out before getting the drink, but it finally came. Once in my car, I almost threw the coffee out and went to Starbucks, but I paid a premium for it so that felt too wasteful.

This is a cute coffee shop. Very clean restaurant. Perfect for cute coffee dates or WFH customers. They have a variety of options from coffees to food. Drinks start at 16oz I believe but noticed a lot more size options online. Friendly staff and quick service. With that said, coffee itself was my least favorite. I ordered hot teddy bear latte, iced latte, muffin, and a chocolate chip cookie. Both drinks had a really bitter/ strong aftertaste. I was not able to finish either. I enjoyed the cookie and the muffin. The cookie was prob my favorite as it was soft, with chocolate chip chunks and fresh.

First time customer here! Got the teddy bear ice coffee, very good quality coffee, not too sweet not too strong just the right amount. I’ll definitely be coming back. And thanks to the crew who were patient as I was thinking about what to order!👍🏻

They seemed bothered when I was asking questions on my first visit, they gave me a hot coffee when I said iced and had an attitude when I spoke up about it. I ordered the iced butterbear latte. They “remade” my coffee and it had hardly any ice and it was warm. It was flavorless and did not taste like anything but watered down coffee and milk. Most likely will not be back.

Food is always great and so is the coffee. I love the honey tumeric latte and turkey havarti with an egg. Downside, it takes awhile with service. You will wait a bit longer but delicious and worth it.

Horrible attitudes from workers, I understand they’re younger and it’s early mornings but I’m not paying for the horrible service being given. I saw a customer spill something and all I saw were the workers staring at the customer who was feeling anxious because of the spill and no one offered to help clean it. While i understand it was the customers fault.. MOST places offer to help clean it up and even a new coffee because that’s what real businesses do. There’s an issue every single time here with something. This place was great when it first opened but I’ll never being going back again.

First time at Biggby Coffee. It was in the evening so it wasn't busy at all. The people working were friendly and explained the menu to us when we entered. The drink didn't take long to make, but we were the only ones in the store. The drinks were delicious. There were so many options to choose from. They don't just have coffee but other drinks as well. Great first experience, will be back.
