Hotel is located in an industrial area with multiple other hotels. There are very few options for food close by outside of the restaurant in the casino. The staff were nice, and the place looked clean, but it desperately needs to be updated. The drawers to the dresser and the nightstand kept sliding open. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, the toilet rocked on the floor, and you needed to manually raise the handle after flushing otherwise the toilet water would keep running (yes I let the front desk know, but I was only there for the night).

We left another hotel in the area after arriving and it was very dirty. We went to the Hampton very late at night and Amy was so accommodating assisting us to quickly get into the room. She provided excellent hospitality and customer service for our entire stay! Because of her I would absolutely return to this location and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much Amy for everything!

Hotel room was dirty. I cleaned bathroom before using. Room key didn't work. Paint peeling in bathroom. One of the 3 toiletry bottles in bathroom was missing. Bathroom floor was sticky. As dirty as our room was we opted to not eat breakfast there. When front desk was contacted about how dirty the room was they replied "I'm sorry you feel this way". The dirty was from years of accumulation. Upholstered furniture was filthy. At $200 a night it was robbery.

When we first checked in, we found our room had no soap in the bathroom, a full fake fingernail stuck in the carpet, and the toilet would not flush. We went downstairs to address these issues with staff, and we're met with great service. We were moved and upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The hotel is kind of run down, but I'm told renovations are to begin shortly. Housekeeping needs a lot of work but would return after the renovations.

Most horrible hotel I've stayed in. We were looking forward to the hot tub even called ahead to ask about it being available. Arrived at the hotel hot tub out of order the heated pool was freezing vending machines were not working the ice machine was not working the guest dryer was not working. The cabinet in the room were broke and there's kept opening. The breakfast was a joke rotten bananas put out and not much for breakfast options. We will never stay here again or recommend this to anyone for a place to stay especially for $187 a night

The staff were friendly but that’s about it. I selected a room on the app but was given a different room. Upon entering the room there were filthy towels and used Kleenex’s on the bathroom sink. Was given a different room and the door to that room did not lock. The third attempt was fine but this hotel has definitely been neglected. The toilet barely flushed and the snack bar was almost empty. ||They have the typical spread for breakfast but there are no restaurants close by other than a Salt Grass which has not so great reviews and the I and I Tavern which is a great little local spot a few minutes away. ||Next time I’m in Danville for work I’ll stay at the newer hotel Nextdoor and forgo the Hilton Points.

The Hampton Inn is simply a nice place to stay. Reasonably priced with a good breakfast buffet and a fully outfitted work room
