The manager of the hotel was one of the most unpleasant people that I have ever met. According to her, the policy's of this hotel made this stay so unpleasant that it would be more comfortable to sleep under a bridge. However, if you are a big fan of being condescended and like to throw away money, then this is the place for you.

I was very disappointed with this stay. The hotel is pretty old and could use updating. But it wasn't too expensive, so I get that it wouldn't be great. Right when we walked in, we saw something spilled on the floor that had not been mopped. There was a used towel laying on the sink. And roaches. There roaches crawling in the sink and shower. I am so glad we didn't bring in any luggage. There was also some kind of leak from the toilet that I didn't notice until I stepped in it in the middle of the night. When we were checking out the next morning, I told the front desk my concerns and was just told ok, sorry. There also wasn't a restaurant within 15 minutes of the motel. Not really their fault, but still annoying.

Stayed overnight on November 1, 2024. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming, and accommodating to get us an early check-in. Our room was clean, television and A/C unit worked. Our beds were comfortable.

The building is due for an overhaul to update dated fixtures and the A/C units. But for $60/night, the cost is tough to beat. If you're passing through for a budget stay and want to easily get on and off I-72, this is a spot worth considering.

We have stayed here several other times. Very disappointed this stay. ||Cons: We rented an xtra large king for a week. We walked in 1st night. No toilet Paper, no sink stoppers in the sink or tub. Tub had permanent dirt in the tub bottom. The toilet bowl would not refill when flushed. We had to lift the tank lid to start the water. When it did refill it had a loud high pitched noise. Management was not concerned about it. |The soap dispensers were full but housekeeping had to come and burp the air out for us to use. |Bathroom floor could be cleaner. |Housekeeping was an ongoing issue. |Forgot to empty our waist basket, |Didn’t give us refill on Kleenex when empty and failed to make our bed once during our stay.||Pros: staff was friendly, Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. |Towels were clean and fluffy mostly. |No bad smells in room|Nice refrigerator and small microwave. I did clean them prior to using. 😉|Breakfast area was clean. Minimal continental breakfast. |Concerns: Fruit could be fresher and ran out fast if you didn’t get there early. |One milk container for everyone to touch. |May not come back.

We got a room there two nights ago, was nice, sure the pool was out but it wasn’t too bad. Then comes today, when we had a church that was willing to help us pay for our room till next week. We go down there after the church sends the paperwork, nope, we can’t stay because they RESERVED THE ROOM OUT FROM UNDER US, EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THEM YESTERDAY THAT WE WERE GONNA PAY! Absolute joke of a company if they’re allowed to do that.

I have been to many hotels. This one tops one of the worst. For starters they don't even tell you the pool is out of order when you check in. My family got a suite. When we pulled the couch out to make a bed there was hair and crumbs all in it. They did give us new sheets. When I went to take a shower I was just disgusted with all the dirtiness. In the morning my son had lost one of his toys and we was looking under the pull out couch bed and seen trash and dirt underneath it. this is just gross, unexceptable, laziness and unprofessional !!

Cockroaches!!! Stay away. We reserved 2 rooms during during motorcycle trip. Both had cockroaches. Refused to refund money . Had to find new place to stay. Out our money. Pull out mini fridge and watch them scatter. And I'm not talking just a couple.

RUN FAST.

The parking lot was deceptively empty. Turns out there were lots of little six-legged guests.

We were immediately welcomed into our room by cockroaches. The second one we were assigned had BLOODY sheets and signs of bed bugs. Floors were filthy - great for cockroaches but not for us.
Both rooms smelled musty and damp. There were no mattress protectors on any beds. Thank goodness we hadn't brought our luggage in with us yet.

At least they were kind enough to give us a refund.
