We are very unhappy that we chose this hotel specifically because it has an indoor pool. When we arrived there was a sign at the desk saying the pool was closed for renovation. This should have been something revealed when we booked using the Choice Hotels app. In addition to that disappointment, the first room we were assigned smelled like an ashtray. Thankfully we were given another room.
When a major selling feature of a hotel is closed and obviously known in advance to staff, it should be addressed on the booking app or a significant price reduction should be provided.

The room itself was nice. Some of the staff had such a thick accent, it was difficult to understand what they were saying. We had to go to the desk after 2 nights to get towels. Every hotel I have stayed in came to your room to make the beds and replace towels-this one did neither. Hallways were terrible to walk in as there were "ruts" on each side with a hump in the middle. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Found a roach in our bathroom, the receptionist didn’t know shit for english, and was rude. The mexican restaurant was mid, but service there was great, better than the hotel. Oh and the “heated pool” came out to 59°F. so the heated pool is a bullcrap lie.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cozy beds and quiet rooms. Friendly staff and the breakfast included is a great perk! We will be back at this location for sure. Do yourself a favor and try the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel 😊

I had a terrible experience in this hotel , the lady at the front was extremely rude and she lied to me that was no more rooms on the ground floor . When going to check my assigned room on the 4th floor , the room was dirty and I found a dead STINK BUG in the sink (picture attached). Then I came downstairs and showed her the picture , then she moved me on the ground floor , I reminded her telling me there was no more rooms on the ground floor. What a liar !!!! Next , we move into our newly assigned room , the bathroom door is junky and can’t close well (picture attached) , the fridge didn’t work …. WTH…. At this point , we were very tired and just needed to sleep. I’m dropping this review in the morning before heading to their breakfast. I’ll update the post of what I think of the breakfast.

My advise to leaders of this hotel , hire professional customer service staffs , don’t hire your own people or family members because you wanna save money. A good customer service goes a long way.

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were remarkably supportive (if you read any of my other reviews, I typically HATE hotel pillows). The AC unit struggled to keep up with the humidity level in my room unless I turned it all the way down to sub-arctic temperatures, but I was able to adjust it every couple of hours. ||The staff is very friendly and professional, and even let our group use a vacant meeting room for a few hours at no charge.

The front desk clerk, Charmi, was absolutely the best!!! She went above and beyond to fix an error that was no fault of hers or the hotels! Top notch customer service! The breakfast attendants were also super nice, helpful and polite!|I also liked the walk-in showers, I have never seen that at a hotel!

When you come into the hotel, it has a grand entrance so I assumed that our rooms would be just as good. However, the rooms were stale and smelly, and we could not operate the air conditioning system so we froze all night because we could not turn the air off. The shower was not the cleanest, and they did not give us enough towels for all of our guest. The hotel makes you leave a $100 deposit in addition to an overpriced $125 room. However, the breakfast in the morning was very good over all the staff is nice. I just think that for this to have been a premier hotel you don’t get what you paid for!
