It is quite modern, looks very new, clean, and up to date. There is attention to detail. I feel comfortable and relaxed here. The massage is very professional with stretching as part of it. I asked for no oil, just lotion and that went well. I also had hot rocks treatment, first time for that. It was a nice touch on a cold day. The staff is Chinese that speak good English.

I just have to say that this place outdoes other massage places. I absolutely loved the considerate masseuse and this is probably my 2nd time getting a massa but it was awesome. The right amount of pressure, atmosphere was comfortable and the peace I felt afterwards was amazing. Thanks for recommending 1w Massage Spa fellow Google reviewers!

Just literally left this place for of course a massage I had a 90 minute massage. The massage was out of 10 for outstanding I rate it a 6.5. She kept getting up during the massage to assist whoever came in. That happened like 3 times. But what ticked me off the most was she asked for more $ for tip. I was like what? She said c'mon more $ for tip I said that's all I got. So it left the massage with a bad taste. I won't be back again.

I have come here quite a few times and the spa is a hit or miss. More a miss and definitely today a miss .
I called ahead and asked for a specific person and they told me come at 6 :00 …. I did …and the person I was told was going to do my massage wasn’t available. They said if I wanted to wait 30 minutes then I can get them ) I said no forget it ,I was told at this time I was gonna get that person …and I’m not , so I’m not gonna wait anymore. I’ll just take whatever is available. With that being said, I told the person the specific areas I want worked on :neck shoulders, lower waist, they spent about 15 minutes or more on one of my legs ,and weren’t even doing a good job they were just rubbing my leg up and down . You could tell they were trying to just kill the time. When I told them specifically that I wanted to get work done with them using their hands more doing more deep tissue they did it for a few minutes and then went back to just doing their sloppy work. When it was over and I went to tip them $21 they complained and told me I should give them an additional tip because it was a 90 minute massage …yes it was 90 minutes mind you I paid $110 already for the massage and you still didn’t even do with the way I want it !!!!Now you’re hustling me like we’re in a Flea market for a bigger tip.The lady was extremely rude and I will never be back. If they want a bigger tip than they need to do a better job.

This is the best place in the area, very professional and super clean. They focus on your pain areas. I've been there several times and always with great results. I would recommend the swedish massage with Paris and the Thai massage with Anne, they both are great people and always smiling.

I normally go for a massage every 2 weeks. Found this place a week before the shelter in place order. I can't remember the name of the masseuse. But she hit all the right places. Walked my back, which I need for alignment and supporting tissue relaxing. I called today and no answer 😢. I hope they open soon because my body hurts so bad.

I highly recommend 12Spa. I had the deep tissue massage with hot stones and felt really great afterwards. Anne does a great job working out the muscles and stretching.The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable too.

Annie very strong masseuse. Professional masssge. Spa is newer and very clean and tranquil.
