Karen and others at the reception are wonderful. Very clean hotel. Shuttle service 100%. Most comfortable bed and pillows. Laundry on site for a fee. Recommend bringing a few laundry pods. Ordered door dash from the grocery. Short walk to dunkin donuts. Safe environment.

Front desk staff were friendly.
The room was basic. The AC and the shower had noise. Towels were not clean.
The airport shuttle driver didn’t take me to terminal 5, saying he needed to pick up somebody else and asked me to wait, though I was the one who came first. Just wanna mention the shuttle experience here though it’s not the hotel’s problem just the hotel partner’s.

Just a great value md hotel. Nothing fancy. Friendly employees. Reasonable rates. Very clean rooms. Comfy bed. Clean lobby and hallways. Housekeeper is always on call. Plenty of parking. Note: There’s a $12 parking fee. Very usual for the airport area. Most hotels in that area do nit charge a fee. Anyways; it was just a nice & simple stay. It’s nothing fancy or luxurious. Give em shot you will not be disappointed.

Friendly and helpful man at the front desk. Room was excellent. Comfy bed, kitchen, recliner, TV. 24hr shuttle. Very clean. Higher cost with other hotels does not translate to better.

It's a nice place to stay, I've stayed for 6 days (5 nights) and one of the downsides was the housekeeping - once a week, if you want your bed sheets and towels changed, you must make a request at the reception and they will give you a new one, so you can change them. The other one was the pillows - too soft and I had to use 3 of them to make myself comfortable. In a matter of hygiene - the room was very clean, no complaints on that. If your room is located at the back side you will have a good view of downtown and on a clear bright day you can see Willis Tower. There is a gas station nearby where you can purchase something quick to eat or drink. Definitely worth the money and if I'm coming back to Chicago I will definitely stay again

Dishes DIRTY! Towels DIRTY! My two year old cousin can clean better than whoever they hired to clean them rooms. If the goal was to make sure the rooms are still dirty then the goal was ACCOMPLISHED. My dog’s water bowl is cleaner than those dishes that were in the room and I’d drink out of her water bowl before I’ll drink out of those cups. And 1 of the towels were already used. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. And the coffee taste like water. SMH

A great location close to ohare that worked well for our group. Very comfortable beds that were very clean. It was also great to have a kitchen with all the amenities if you are staying a while! Great shampoo, soaps, conditioners and other products!!!

Great price for what it is. Great location for park n fly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Has everything needed for extended stay as well. Only complaint is bit of a skunk smell in hallway but not in the room. Would stay here again.
