We had our wedding reception at Victoria Rosemont in October of 2017. Cannot say enough good things about this venue! The event coordinators were all great to work with, the penthouse ballroom is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff did a great job of serving our guests. Friends and family that attended our wedding still say how much fun they had at our wedding, how beautiful the room was, and how great the food was - and it’s been over 2 years! It’s also a very convenient location having the hotel rooms available for guests that wanted to stay the night instead of driving home late, and out of town guests were able to stay right there instead of having to do a lot of traveling for the wedding. We have friends getting married there this year, and we can’t wait to celebrate there again! 5 stars all around!

Recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a bigger party! Very convenient to have hotel rooms in addition to the banquet hall on the penthouse! Wanda is amazing! She's a great help with organizing, setting up, and working everything out to fit your desired event! Cannot say enough good things about her or this venue! Thank you Wanda!

We had our wedding reception here on January 18th and Wanda our Coordinator was phenomenal. She was helpful at every step and always willing to lend a hand. Jerry and Jordan the dining room and kitchen managers were just wonderful for everyone and all our guests were extremely pleased. We’ve even had a few friends looking to book with them, so we would definitely recommend for any type of event, especially a wedding event.

I attended a wedding here. First things first is that the hotel is also going under the name Edwards Hotel. My gps was a bit confused. I didn't appreciate the parking so far from the hotel. I had to walk a bit to get to the hotel. The penthouses where the wedding took place was beautiful. The service and attention from the waiting staff was remarkable. We really enjoyed our waitress as she was very attentive, quick, and funny. We enjoyed our night and made my close friend's special day a great one. Oh almost forgot, the food was delicious. Usually venues mess with the food but the this place has good food. The chicken was juicy and delicious!

We really appreciated the opportunity to get in to the room the night before and then early Friday.
Many people had not been to your venue and they really liked the room.
I heard rave reviews about how good the food was - thank you Chef and Team for getting it to the table hot and flavorful. Guest were also happy that the food came in a timely manner - no great lag between courses. The cucumber in the water was a nice touch and the selection of butters was tasty and fun.
I was moving around the room a lot and could see staff's attention to details - placement of food, clearing, refreshing water.
Rosie did a great job managing everyone and everything that night.
I feel the bartenders were a bit pushed and next time I may have 2 at each bar or have wine on the table. I did not think people would be drinking that much. Apparently they were.!
I'd love to know how many Specialty Cocktails were sold. I heard they were delicious. Thanks for working with us on that.

Thank you for working with us through various changes as we got closer to the date. I know that you do this for a living, still these last minute changes drive me crazy. Thanks for smiling through the whole process.

Wanda is AMAZING!! She coordinated my wedding on December 14th, 2019, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was absolutely beautiful, everything was set up as it was supposed to be, and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend Victoria of Rosemont to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

My daughter had her wedding event here a few weeks ago, and the ball room is gorgeous,
But most of the american waitresses were very rude! most of them when ask a question would answer with an attitude. the majority of them got the food entree order wrong. our guest were not very happy with their service, and neither was I. the ballroom manager should hire people who love doing their job. Bartenders were ok.

Attened a wedding here last night.The penthouse ballroom is gorgeous.The staff was nice and helpful.We were confused though on what was going on with the food.They started with soup and bread, then salad, and then the main course followed by ice cream for dessert with an added dessert table.The reception doors opened at 7pm.After waiting for elevators(only 2 working) getting drinks and pictures taken, our first course of soup and bread were served by 7:40.We didn't get our main course until 8:45!!!
We were all starving by then.And wondering what the hold up was? Seemed maybe they were short staffed?So eager to eat,we were appalled that the meal came out lukewarm at best.The little lobster tail was tasty.I don't eat red meat so I traded my medallion with a friend for her pork loin.So I had 2 pork lions on my plate.Super over salted pork lions!!
So salty you needed to drink water asap.So the twice baked potatoe was basically my meal as the pork was unedible..I filled up on bread and then desserts.Super disappointing food for such a beautiful wedding and beautiful venue.
I'm giving 3 stars for the great bartenders and super nice staff.
