My niece was turning 16 and wanted to do roller skating and eat at the sugar factory. Everything went pretty well at the rink and then it was about a 30 ft walk to the restaurant. Very nice area. Very nice restaurant. $15 parking was validated by the machine in the restaurant so that was nice. Overall it was a pretty great experience. I was coming from quite a distance so I was a little skeptical but a good time was had by all.

Great service. The atmosphere is amazing with all Christmas decorations a day. The food is great, I had a pizza and an IPA beer (Hazed and Cofused).

I like this place. Pretty far but lot of things happening and there is a big mall nearby in case you want to shop. This place has bowling, ice skating, bars and shopping mall. There is a free bus from cta which takes you to and fro from the station to this place.

Great place for a variety of dining options, and entertainment. Live music venues, and a weekly free outdoor concert every thursday, followed by a fabulous fireworks display. Thursday concerts include outdoor food vendors from each restaurant, with lots of food and drink options to choose from. Bring a lawn chair and some friends on a Thursday, or look for opportunities for live entertainment on the weekends. Parking is great, but be careful coming into the parking garage. You'll need to stay at the far right to avoid ending up in the wrong place. Once inside, you'll grab a ticket, which you can get validated at a machine in any one of the restaurants who are the entertainment center, but you probably won't need it because at the end of the evening they just open up the gates and everyone can leave. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a large party of 18 and we made reservations. They seated us on time and our server was amazing. She did a great job taking food and drink orders. The food came out incredibly fast and the food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend

The good - Enjoyed a great night of music by Rumours ATL, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band, as well as very nice fireworks after the show. The place was completely packed. We arrived 40 minutes before the show and were lucky enough to snag a couple of the few remaining spots to set our lawn chairs on the turf.

There is a good choice of food for pretty much any appetite, and we enjoyed some delicious burgers at Sugar Factory.

Entry into and exit out of the parking garage was pretty easy. We validated our parking ticket at Sugar Factory in order to get free parking. We waited for most of the crowd to disperse before making our way to the car.

The bad - Despite a ban on people putting their chairs in circles, several groups did this and it made walking through the rows difficult. I wish that security would enforce the no circle rule... it takes up valuable space and it makes it difficult to get to your seats.

There were also several people smoking in non-designated areas... very rude and self-centered.

Conclusion - I am giving this a four star rating only because of the people who violated the rules and were not dealt with by security. Other than that, it is a great place for dining and entertainment!
