We went to see Mindi Abair and Rick Braun and the jazz concert was great! The room that it was in was less accommodating than in the past.

They used to have tables that 4-people could share to put drinks on, but that's not the case anymore. There were some people that had 2-people tables between them but we used the floor or empty seat next to us to sit down drinks.

The ticket price was the same where we sat on the main floor. There was also no wait staff so we had to get our own drinks and take empty glasses back to a vacant bar that is no longer in use to people attending these concerts.

Overall we enjoyed the show, but the hotel needs to do better to accommodate people coming to shows that spend money there.

Beautiful venue
They didn't have the normal bar vendor or post photo and cds.
They need to arrange their seats better. It was awkward and crammed, and it didn't have to be.
There is a great restaurant down the hall, but it is inconvenient if you want snacks or refreshments.

Awesome entertainment venue! Small, quaint and unique. There is a great view from everywhere in the place. Absolutely affordable pricing and quality performances. If JAZZ is your pleasure, then this is a place you MUST visit. The sound is impeccable. AND you can stay overnight for more than an affordable price at the outstanding Loews Hotel. Very impressive rooms and staff. Enjoy fine dining before or after the show in the same place. Best kept secret on the outskirts of Chicago.

I wish that I could give this venue 10 stars! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE going here. They bring THE BEST JAZZ artists in of all time. I've seen Peter White several times, I'm waiting for my girl Candi Dolfer!🤗
