I recently stayed at the Loews Hotel with my daughter, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire hotel, including my room, was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, providing one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a super short walk to the Rosemont Theater, the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and several top-notch restaurants. Plus, the hotel offers validated parking, which is a huge bonus and makes the stay even more convenient.

Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming experience!

Nice hotel close to the Convention Center, Rosemont Theater and restaurants. Jazz shows held on site from time to time. We stayed there for New Year's Eve to attend the jazz show and the experience was great. With the jazz show located in the hotel in was extremely convenient. We booked the 1-bedroom suite which was very comfortable and had a powder room as well as a full bathroom. Very nice view and well appointed. The one drawback is that the shower does not have a door. So, it is a little cool while taking a shower. Parking is right next door (self-park and valet) so the convenience is great. Price was reasonable.

I found it really clean and well maintained, smells so good when you walk in. Ample waiting area with cozy couches. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms are clean and tidy, amenities are placed really well, comfy bed. I really loved the coffee here. Didn't have enough time for the breakfast. Our one-night stay was amazing here. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Stayed here for a pair of multi-night company events within several weeks of each other. Top-notch! Not over the top, but everything was tight. Rooms were properly appointed, and well-maintained. Good eating experiences. A huge variety of meeting spaces - we used quit a few of them, and explored even more. Great access to ORD.

Stayed here for 2 nights and attended a conference. The room is modern, comfortable bed and luxurious beddings, made it a comfortable and restful sleep. The huge TV is a plus and the wifi worked very well. The bathroom is a bit small and tight, but the shower water pressure is great.

Location is good, with restaurants within walking distance. But what really stood out was the staff service. Attentive, welcoming. The food throughout the conference is delicious, very well prepared.

While the location is convenient if you’re going to be in and out of the Chicago area, and the rooms and meeting facilities are decent enough, the customer service does not align with these otherwise expected services at a hotel. If you need to contact folks they may ignore your questions (as they have done mine). I had a question about a billing error and I keep getting what I can only assume is an automated reply which clearly did not understand my question. Tried calling and they didn’t return my call. This part of the experience just negates all the more positive aspects of the stay!

My experience there was unforgettable! Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. Maggie at the front desk helped make my anniversary memorable. The food was delicious! You cannot go wrong with the steak burger. Thank you staff for helping me enjoy stay. I will definitely be back whenever I am in town.

Stayed at Loews in Chicago prior to flying out on vacation. Utilized their park and fly options. The shuttle was quick and timely. The guest rooms were clean and well appointed. They also offered a fully equipped gym including a Peloton bike. Would highly recommend!
