I went today for my prenatal massage as I needed it badly and I am not happy with the service at all! I don’t even feel relaxed, nothing. I’ll never go back! Plus told me 60 mins, it felt like 45 mins. I didn’t even feel like she took her time to massage my legs, hands, back properly. Felt so short and not like how I am supposed to feel, so disappointed. I don’t even think she was licensed or professional prenatal massager, I specifically asked for one and front lady said yes she is professional. When I asked Valarie if she does for pregnant women too, she didn’t answer properly and said “I do all massages” didn’t give me reassurance. I dislike when massage company thinks about money and shorts services more than their services. So not acceptable!

I went to heavenly on Saturday and paid extra for a 90 minute massage. At best I got a 65 min massage. Maria was good but if I pay for 90 minutes I want at least 80 I only received 65. That is not fair and cheating me out of 25 minutes. I knew right away but didn’t want to create a scene but stop cheating your customers.

This is our go-to spot for couples massages! We love the choice of aromatherapy, heated beds, relaxing music, and talented masseuses. We were both asked about pressure and points of concern. Afterwards, you have the option to relax in a steam shower, which makes you feel amazing after a massage. Facility was clean, robes were big, fluffy, and soft. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. If we had one complaint, it's that we wish there were sizes to the non-skid slippers they give you- They are too small for me and way too big for my wife, so its always a challenge not to fall over when we stumble to the showers in them LOL. That small thing aside, it's always a treat to get massages at this casually luxurious spa!

Been here twice. It is the best massage I have ever experienced. They know where to work and do great at relieving tension. Very friendly and willing to accommodate where you want worked the most. They put their best effort forth. I definitely will go back and highly recommend it to all.

Such a pleasant experience! I received a no chip manicure in the color strawberry smoothie. Reminds me a bit of the Hailey Bieber nails once finished, very pearly. All the tools were sanitized, and gloves were used. Definitely will return back to the Schaumburg location.

Always a pleasant experience from check-in to check out. Maria is superb for massages and I have been receiving massages from her like clock-work for the past three years. Also want to give a genuine shoutout to the meticulous nail-techs at this location. They are very thorough and professional. Overall this location is well staffed, organized and well maintained.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Used a Groupon here for a deep tissue couple's massage and got a very light body rub. On top of that, I paid for 60 minutes and only got about 40 minutes of a massage. The "eucalyptus oil" they used for aromatherapy had no scent whatsoever.

They gave me a pedi in a bowl. 😡🤦🏽‍♀️ Then spend 15 mins trying to get off my no chip nail polish with a nail file. They don’t have nail drills. After the 15 mins of getting the nail polish off she attempted to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet and really had the nerve to say “YOUR FOOT IS DRY” She never soaked it 😡🤦🏽‍♀️. She even sliced my skin with her file trying to get my polish off. I got a mani also and it’s only been 2 days and my polish is already coming off. WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!!
