Summer is hands down THE BEST massage therapist I have ever been to period!!! She truly is amazing and has the experience and professional training that allows her to do magic in making you feel better. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and knows exactly where the pain and issues are, and then takes her time to release knots or tightness that you may be experiencing. All the stretching and cracking she did on my neck and body caught me off guard, but it certainly was needed! She is strong and works tirelessly to alleviate the issues you have. I cannot believe how much better I felt afterwards. I thought I had a good therapist before her, but after coming in for the first time, I will never go to anyone else again! I called to schedule a last minute evening appointment and she was so accommodating and fit me in that same night! She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable upon arrival. The environment was calm and relaxing with soothing music playing in the background.

Everything I was stressed about prior to coming in was completely forgotten in that hour, and I left feeling so much lighter walking out! I am so grateful for her expertise. Summer is an absolute gem and there’s no other word to describe her other than amazing! I don’t know how she does what she does, but I have told everyone I know to go to her— she is extraordinarily gifted. What a Godsend she is! Thank you so very much, Summer!

I recently had a Tui-Na massage with massage therapist Summer, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Summer's professionalism was evident throughout the session she skillfully adjusted the pressure, checking in with me regularly to ensure it was just right. I felt a noticeable improvement in my mobility, and my body felt more relaxed and aligned afterward. Beyond her technical skill, I truly believe Summer is a healer. I am not sure about the massages but I definitely would like to call out that the person who is on the phone is totally rude and yelling at me when I asked for an appointment.Never going to step into a place which does not care for customers and the one which has bad business ethics.

First off,
This lady has a very thick Asian accent so it's really hard to make an appointment. I couldn't understand anything she said and I'm Filipino..

Second, that's how I knew it was going to be a good massage! Good Asian food & massages are better when they barely speak English & have bad customer service lol

I had to call a few times to get an appointment.
I noticed she doesn't like to make appointments in advance, I got an appointment the day of.

I go to the chiropractor every month, but my back still aches, so my chiropractor actually recommended getting massages.

I had the combo massage for an hour at $80 & it felt way longer than an hour! Assumed this was half Thai & regular massage, which was great because last Thai massage I had elsewhere was SO PAINFUL.

She started by standing on my back and dug her toes in & cracked my back in 4 different places! That's when I knew it was gonna be good! She cracked me in places I didn't even know could be cracked!

She asked if I liked it hard in the beginning, so if you don't like it hard just let her know.
I like it hard and this was almost perfect.. Thai massages I just assume are slightly more "hard" so I expected it to be, but wasn't overbearing.

I must've had a tight right shoulder because she was massaging that area a lot & was relentless until it loosened up.

She does full body front & back.
She even cracked my neck & sides like my chiropractor does.

It was an overall great massage.
I actually plan on making this my massage place now. Will be coming back every other month for this massage!

Heads up, she does answer the phone during massages which ruined the "zen" but didn't bother me as much. Also felt bad because the person on the phone couldn't understand her thick accent.
She was like yelling "see you at 6 pm!"
I assume she looses some clients over this..

If you have a bad back, I think Thai massages is the only thing that works.

I spent around $130 for a Himalayan rock massage at another place & it was terrible. They just rubbed the rock on my body for an hour & did not touch me once! So hole in the wall Asian places is much better than the boujee massage parlors I been to.

Truly not shocked to see that Summer’s reviews are mostly 5’s and 1’s, with little in between. Let me explain.

I was excited to have found someone who spoke my native language and was also knowledgeable on bodywork as I suffer from severe fibromyalgia.

Within a 2 weeks span, I booked a total of 5 massages. A 60, 60, 90, 90, and a 90
min. By the 4th visit, I had happily handed over $500 in total for her wonderful services.

On the fifth visit, which was another 90
mins, I had a lot on my mind and accidentally goofed on the time. When Summer called asking about my whereabouts, I sincerely apologized for my confusion on time but I was on my way. I confirmed if we were still good for a 60 and while she seemed peeved in her voice, she reluctantly said yes.

When I arrived, Summer proceeds to reprimand me AGAIIN on the time we discussed and what time I arrived. I already felt horrible and was even mad at myself for having made this mistake because my body needs the 90. But I bit my tongue and in a soft voice apologized to her again and explained I had a lot on my mind.

I get the room, and before I had a chance to change, she follows me in and proceeds to reprimand me on how this 30 mins late affects her ability to have potentially taken another customer. As a business owner myself, I am in complete understanding of this and had already mentally prepared to pay and tip on the full 90.

However I was completely insulted by her aggressiveness esp given I had just met her 2 weeks ago and this was my 5th visit. I finally snapped and said what more do you want me to do, I’ve apologized now 3 times and I can tell you are just concerned with your loss of $50 which I can give you!

I would have typically walked out by now but I was desperate. It was apparent she was upset as she made a scene by walking into the room loudly, throwing stuff as to make a louder noise, all of which were super unprofessional if you still had plans of continuing with your services.

We typically chat but this time there was none of that which I actually didn’t mind. I forgot what a massage was like when you just turn off the mind and relax. About halfway thought the massage, I noticed she was on one side primarily of the time and it was my other side that was hurting more. So I politely said will you please work on this side, as well as pointing to direct. She doesn’t say anything. I repeat myself. No word. I say, hello… are you there? No word. Fourth time, are you not going to say anything? No word! I was floored.

I got up from the table and said this is ridiculous…. If you commit to give me a massage, then you should still be respectful and give me what I need.

Then she finally spoke up and yelled at me, saying… I am not going to speak bc you yelled at me earlier about the $50. I said, yes bc I tried apologizing three times and you could not accept it. You thought it was important to school me on the client you could have taken and the money lost due to my error. I told her, who has gone to you Already now five times in two weeks? I would have been your best customer. I own a fitness studio not far. I was already bragging about her. Now, not only will I not go back, I will make sure everyone I know never step foot into that place.

I don’t deny that she’s good at what she does. If you want a great massage, go to her. But just don’t ever make a mistake bc she will cut your throat. Her reviews tell a very clear picture of who is she. She is awesome until she is not.

I’m sure she will try to come back and defend herself, but I have never felt more insulted as a customer. Maybe this was your wake up call. Yes, I threw $50 on the ground on my way out for the 30 mins and I am not proud of my behavior. It is very distasteful. But parts of me doesn’t even think she deserves the money for such an unpleasant experience!

Summer needs to learn how to not attack her customers and when to let things go especially when they apologize THREE times and they were about the spend $650 with you in 2 weeks!!
