The service and courtesy of the staff was Marriott style. Unfortunately our room was clearly not cleaned and ready... To me a limiting 3 stars.. Just NOT acceptable but again their reaction and apologies made it better

A nice extended stay hotel in a great location. The staff is very accommodating. Many restaurants and sores in the immediate area. Th morning breakfast is hot with many choices. They have a pool and basketball court. Parking is free and they can accommodate oversized vehicles.

The staff and service are top notch! You can see every person takes pride in their work and does above and beyond what's expected. Everyone was so professional, friendly, empathetic, and considerate. We stayed here several months due to a flood and the staff were just fantastic EVERYDAY! The rooms and general areas are very nice and clean. Daily breakfast has great variety. We are so grateful for the calm, beautiful experience during our most stressful time. Can't praise this place enough!

We recently stayed here for about 10 days after our home sold. It’s a very quiet and peaceful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. Breakfast personnel and cleaning crew are very attentive and do a fantastic job. I really have no complaints about this wonderful place. Everything was clean, newer, and in great condition. I would recommend.

I come here often as it is close to our HQ, but last time was really difficult. I arrived a day earlier to finish some work before our meetings.
But the internet connection did not work.
My colleague had no hot water but no alternative rooms.

The location is excellent 👌! With many stores and restaurants nearby and within walking distance.
The room we stayed in could use some work
Service is topnotch! All staff are very professional and helpful. The GM and Lilly are a delight. They made our stay EXCELLENT ✨️!
Will surely stay here again. And definitely recommend.♥️

After a long day of traveling I opened my door to a room where the heat was on as high it could go and the entire room smelled of stain. Earlier in the day they had evidently stained all the faux wood in the room. Including spilling on the couch, rug and counter top. When I inquired about changing rooms they pretty much said oh well. This place is a DUMP...stay away at all costs.

Only good thing about this dump is the location. Absolute dump! Shower head is taped on! Hotel is run down and staff is inattentive!!!!! Breakfast is awful...tastes like last weeks rewarmed crap!
