We had a wonderful stay! Upon our check-in after driving 6 hours straight and being exhausted we were greeted with the most upbeat pleasant front desk staff I’ve seen in a long time.

Calvin welcomed us to the hotel with a huge smile and positive energy, acknowledged my platinum elite status, was able to accommodate the perfect room, and continued to greet me by name throughout the duration of our stay. The hot tub in the room was also so relaxing with the jets and little fireplace. Overall, it was a great stay.

Will definitely stay here again when passing through IL! Thank you Calvin!

The hotel is nice and centrally located. It was clean and staff very efficient. Decor a little outdated. Big comfy beds and bedding. Quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet all though alternated between a few items was usually fully stocked. Nice variety but bacon would have been a nice alternative to sausage or turkey sausage everyday. Pete at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly during my 8 day stay.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, Wonderful tasting breakfast with lots of choices and always had plenty available, Conveniently located to several attractions, but far enough from the city and in a safe area. Ample parking, nice staff and well Maintained hotel! Only downfalls would be the pillows were not very comfy, but the bed was. The pool was freezing one day that we tried to swim, but we try again the next evening and it was warm. The hot tub was empty and out of service. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

I was her with my family & kids here for 2 days. As soon as we arrived, we started having problems, unfortunately. Our room was not ready. Had to wait half a hour. No apologies or anything just complete attitude from Kathy. I wish I could say it changed but it didn’t. Later that evening, we had to change rooms, due to an issue I whether not discuss. That took time. Kathy again, was to help has other employees had went home. She just seemed to be annoyed by the situation. In the new room, either TV wanted to work. We had to wait til she arrived, which was 45 minutes, that my sister ended up getting one of TVs to work for kids. Kathy said there was nothing she could do. That we would have to wait til morning. Which is fine, but she came for nothing. She didn’t even try to get it working. The following day, Peter, was great help. He apologized for what had happened. I did let him aware of all that was going on since I had arrived. I truely thankful for all of Peter’s help. Also, for maintenance. Kathy is someone I who definitely needs to work on her customer service! Other than that…Beds are comfy. Pool was fun, as kids said. Breakfast was good. Had few options to choose from. General area was clean. Rooms are ok but if your like my family & myself rooms can be little more cleaner, has we check every where!!!

When we first walked into our room I put our snacks on the table. The table fell over and smashed my finger, it was unbeknownst to me broken and missing a leg. I called down to the front desk and let them know so I wouldn’t be held responsible. There was no apology for the inconvenience or offer to fix it. Then I went into the bathroom and the toilet seat was dirty, I cleaned it myself and then when I went to wash my hands the hand soap was completely empty. Walking back into the main room I saw that there was food and crumbs all over the floor. I called the front desk again and explained about the floor and soap and was told they would send housekeeping up. Again no apologies… That night at about 2 a.m. we were woken up by kids screaming in the hall and running up and down the hallway. This happened multiple times and another guest called the front desk and the front desk came up 2 separate times and knocked on the door where the kids were staying and nobody answered. I don’t know what ever happened with them but they finally didn’t leave their room. The room in general was just not clean or well kept. The carpets were stained, every chair was stained, there were stains on the bedding. The walls were dirty and covered in marks. The hotel itself doesn’t look well kept, with carpet stains, dirty walls etc. I was disappointed and won’t be going back to that hotel in the future. We were there for a family function and other members of my family had rooms too and were not happy with their stay.

Convenient location, friendly front desk staff. Maria and Margarita did a great job with breakfast. This location is directly behind a strip mall with a Dunkin Jimmy Johns, a family friendly sports bar and grill and a Mexican restaurant.

Went for Honey moon and had a horrible stay! They were out of toilet paper the whole time. We had to borrow from guests. The breakfast was scarse on supplies the Entire stay! No biscuits,gravy,cinnamon rolls the entire stay. The Management there is rude and takes NO responsibility for their behavior they also double charged my card which I had to fix myself but it took 24 hours to get it back. I spoke to Gm and assistant manager they said they had "Delays" in supplies to the hotel. However that is not our responsibility as guests. And when it came down to it they just simply didn't care. As i was in the lobby another guest came up to the desk and was furious about being double charged as well so.much so the Gm pulled him into his office to finish the conversation because I was sitting right there. I tried multiple times to resolve this with guests relations however the management at that particular location are liars and do and say what they want to get out of their actions to make themselves look better. I would advise NOT to stay at that location it is old and outdated compared to the newer ones. I would also recommend retraining for the management there!There is No embellishment on this post! What i have said is 100% accurate and indisputable. You have been Warned!

Comfortable bed, clean room, in a location convenient to my reason for being in the area. Breakfast was good and the overall price for the stay was less than comparable hotels in the area. I wouldn't say there was anything fancy or impressive about my stay, just a good night's sleep in a clean hotel. If you're looking for a resort getaway, it's probably not the right place. If you're staying a night or two while you're in the area (like I was) then it's what you need without the price for things you don't. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
