This place isn't a regular hotel—it's a mirror reflecting our society's deepest housing challenges. More than just rooms, it's a lifeline for diverse individuals: families, recovering addicts, students, and workers struggling to survive on limited incomes.

Owned by a distant LLC that likely doesn't understand its residents' realities, the property could feel cold and impersonal. But its true essence lies in its staff led by Bre—the front desk staff and maintenance workers are the saving grace of this place.

They do far more than their job requires. They listen to guests with no one else to talk to, welcome children home from school with high-fives, and create small moments of warmth by decorating for holidays. Facing everything from medical emergencies to potential threats, they manage each situation with remarkable empathy, dignity and grace.

These workers are the real heart of this place—turning temporary housing into a community.

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Jeremy, who was extraordinary during an unexpected water leak in my room. What could have been a chaotic situation was transformed by his compassionate and decisive leadership.

The incident occurred early in the morning, around 5am, well before the front desk's standard opening time. Despite the early hour, Jeremy quickly responded when he became aware of the issue. He immediately came to our door to check on our well-being and reassured us that he was actively working to resolve the situation.

Within just 10-15 minutes, Jeremy had prepared an alternative room and personally guided us to our new accommodations. He took the time to walk us through the room, highlighting its features and ensuring we felt comfortable with the change. Understanding the inconvenience of moving, he went above and beyond by helping us relocate all of our belongings, staying with us until we were completely settled.

Jeremy's approach was a masterclass in customer service—he demonstrated remarkable empathy and efficiency throughout the entire process. His proactive attitude isn't limited to this incident; I've noticed that whenever he's around the building, he consistently takes initiative to meet guests' needs with professionalism and care.

His actions turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience, and I am truly grateful for his exceptional support.

Made my reservation around 5-6 PM. They were accommodating and were able to get me a room without much issue.

Was told ahead of time thst due to the time I'd be arriving that I would have to call the front desk from the entrance since it would be closed.

Arrived at the hotel at around 11.30pm. Had to wait in a small entryway and use the phone on the wall to call a number so a staff member could come and check me in.
Called the number, took a good 10 minutes for someone to pick up. Finally we were let in and checked in.

Was given my room number and key card. Went up to the room only to find it unkempt, with trash, beds undone and even a dirty dish in the sink!!
Used the room phone to call the front desk. Explained the issue and was swiftly changed to a freshly cleaned room.

The gentleman working was apologetic and did just fine by me. Took care of the issue swiftly and without any hassle.

I'd probably give the hotel another opportunity, but I honestly feel that the fee was a little high and would of liked a small percentage refunded due to the issues and the fact that I wasn't fully set inside a room until nearly midnight.

terrible service. this is not a typical hotel ( the worker even told me and my boyfriend that before we checked in our room. ) they charge you for stained towels, which makes no sense because they’re white as snow and they’re TOWELS. how does that make sense? also- there’s no cleaning workers while you leave your room. you have to clean up your own room like it’s your own apartment. rooms are small and very little space , stains on many of the furniture in the room. workers at the desk are unprofessional and lowkey rude- no free breakfast , no swimming pool , foul smell in the hallways / no benefits like hotel points for staying here. the only good thing about this place is the tight security making you feel safe. other than that, just spend the extra 50-70 dollars for an actual hotel. this place isn’t worth your money.

Rooms dirty sticky floors, cookroachs , dogs poop in the hallways uncleaned. Wifi only free for one week

The rooms are nice but don't have curtains over the mini blinds so there was a lot of light leaking in.

The check in desk closes at 10 PM, so when I arrived I had to call after hours support and someone came down to check me in.

Key card machine was down so we had to be let into our room by management.

Staff was very nice and kept apologizing for the inconveniences.

I'll try it again the next time I'm in town and update the review.

Positive: N/A Negative: After a few hours of driving, in route the hotel, they called to inform me that my room was no longer available. They didn't provide any support or alternative options. Hopefully, I was refunded, but I will make sure to review my credit card statement.

You’ll really appreciate this place if you’re a fan of the lingering smell of weed in your hotel room and aren’t bothered by the sight of several intimidating pitbulls that are rarely on a leash. Oh, and let’s not forget the sketchy characters and crackheads who’ve clearly made this their favorite hangout.
