My husband and I stayed in the French suite at the B&B for Valentine’s Day, and it was an amazing experience. Joan gave us a short tour of the property and shared the history of the winery. She made us feel so welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything in the suite was extremely high quality, from the furniture to the bedding and towels. The included charcuterie board, wine, and full breakfast were super tasty and delivered right on time. Overall this was one of the best overnight experiences I’ve had, and well worth the cost. We will be back to try out the other suites!

Aesthetically pleasing winery. Definitely recommend taking the wine tour. Enjoyed a glass of wine and between my boyfriend and I we ended up leaving with 3 bottles 😋

Lynfred Winery please do better. With January many choose to participate in dry January as well as designated drivers and recovering alcoholics not drinking alcohol. So why is a non alcohol wine not offered or a mock cocktail or two? Some people do not want people to notice they aren’t drinking alcohol so drinking from a wine or cocktail glass is preferred. While I realize that your business needs to be profitable and a non drinker is not a priority it is a reality for some. Please think about a marketing plan that includes non drinkers who like to socialize and join in on the fun. Not be excluded or penalized.

It was an absolute pleasure from arriving to the location to deciding the type of experience whether 3 glass tasting or 6 glass tasting. The Christmas Red and Christmas White were amazing warm and snuggly. Great experience will definitely visit again. Thank you Lynfred Winery for a great experience.

* I went to the Winery. I did not stay in the B&B.

This Winery was so nice. Asthetically beautiful. Bar or lounge seating so you can pick the scene you prefer. They had sweet wine, too, which some places don't even offer. Me and my friends also tried a chocolate truffle which was yummy. I tasted them all and they were very good. It is very tempting to start a membership. However, when it was time for me to go, I still had 3 out of 6 tastings I paid for that I asked to redeem at a later date. I didn't want to have too much to drink given that I had a 40-minute drive, and I had to get going, which I let the woman at the front desk know. She said I could not redeem my tasting at a later date. I asked if I could have some refund, would have taken half or less than half, but I was told they don't do that either. It's a pretty small place, so I was surprised they didn't accommodate what I thought was a small and fair request. They haven't lost any money or wine, but I have. If you can't drink 9oz of wine like myself without getting sleepy or tipsy, I recommend bringing a friend and splitting the tasting. Other than that, my experience was nice, but left me with that sour taste.

21 and over only, means no babies allowed even in the outdoor area.

The employee who came to inform my husband was very condescending about it. Luckily another local establishment welcomed us.

Update after reply:
While I think having a child friendly option outside would be nice for families, I understand your policy. However a tranquil experience does not occur sitting next to Roselle Road.

My problem was less with the policy and more with the condescending and disrespectful approach from the staff.

This review is about the wine experience and not stay. Overall good experience. We were a little late for wine tasting but tried their wine flight for red wines and all the featured wines were good. We ended up picking a couple of bottles for home. The place although in middle of Roselle town, has nice ambience and multiple places (indoor & outdoor) to sit and enjoy the wine. I wish they had some more snack options. Would like to get the tasting experience sometime soon.
