Stayed here for sleep /park/ride and had a good experience. The area the hotel is located in seems reasonably safe, quiet, nice. The shuttle service was punctual and the driver was nice. Breakfast doesn't open until 7am on weekends, but we were able to grab some food despite our shuttle time also being 7am. There was a decent selection for breakfast. Our room was clean, but I wish I would have asked for a blanket. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash did not leave my hair and skin dry like other hotels.

We stayed here for several days. The staff was super friendly. The included breakfast was buffet style, the options were decent, the hot food varied day to day, and it all tasted pretty good. The pool and hot tub were clean, and the water temperature of the pool was fairly comfortable.
The two room suite we had was a little dated; the carpet was worn out in higher traffic areas; the shower curtain bar had been damaged but was still usable. The rooms could use some updating, but it wasn't terrible. However, the room was clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable for a decent nights rest. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

When we first arrived we were excited that the hotel looked nice and staff was nice. Upon staying there were several things that didn’t live up to standard. Fort the hotel hot tub was pushing out ice cold water for some reason and I alerted staff. The hot tub was warm, not hot. Then the next day we tried it and it was even colder. Literal ice water coming from the spouts. We told staff but they said there was no one to fix it. This was the only reason I booked this hotel because there are not many hotels around this area with one. Also, breakfast was terrible. They don’t have any milk for the kids cereal and when I alerted staff they said they were out. This was at like 8 in the morning. The eggs had hard biggest in them and they were not good at all. They were bare with most of the food that was out and you had to ask for everything because items were gone. It definitely was frustrating.

Nice location, room was decent- ok beds, big shower/bathroom, able to check in early with no issues. Breakfast was ok- it was hot but wasn't very tasty. Hot tub was ICE cold- colder than the pool (main reason this hotel was booked was for the hot tub). Missing tiles in the hot tub, rusted hole spots in the pool, other areas that need worked on as well. Pool pump or something was very loud and sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Parking lot is very small since it's surrounded by 3 other businesses. Would not book here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially the shuttle driver! The extended parking facility wasn't what I expected (park, sleep ,fly) parking in an open lot and my car was slightly damaged while I was gone for 19 days. The room was refurbished and quiet and clean. Good breakfast!

Location is within Allstate Arena and Woodfield Mall. When we arrived the front desk staff was great and checked us in with early check in ($30). The door is a bit to push open as the carpet is too high for the door to open. We were in an accessible room so no tub but a walk in shower. The bed is too firm, not something we sleep in so I had a sore back. Breakfast is included and it’s a basic one as it was seasoned potatoes, sausage links, scrambled eggs, yogurt, toast and waffles. The fitness center states open 24 hours however the sign at the room says 6 am to 10 pm. The pool area was nice, it was 5 feet deep with walk in stairs and a separate hot tub but there was no jets working. It was HOT!! The pool was however not, it was COLD. Pro tip, make sure to bring your key card as you will need it to get into the pool area and make sure you have your own towels as the hotel didn’t have enough available. Overall we had a nice 1 night stay on Christmas Eve Eve.

We stayed overnight this past weekend. Had kids with me. Pool was not very ventilated. The smell od chlorine was so potent that people were coughing. Another parent had opened the door to get some air in. I did not stay very long in the pool area. Overall rooms were clean and entrance welcoming. This is the second time I stay at this hotel but this is first time I use the Pool.

We stayed here the night before flying out of Ohare. It worked out great. They were very friendly, rooms were clean and they even provided us a crib for our little one. Shuttle service to and from Ohare was great! Definitely recommended!
