I have been looking for a new nail salon around the Lincoln Park area for months and am so happy I found this spot; Sarah and the owner are incredibly talented nail techs who go above and beyond. I’ve been coming here since the beginning of July and haven’t stopped since. Sarah does my manicure, and she never disappoints. This place truly makes you feel welcome.

Best nail salon on Roscoe! Have been coming here since the new ownership (about 7 months ago). Staff and owner are all super friendly and easy to work with. I used to get gel/no chip at another salon but wanted to give my nails a break. They introduced me to Dazzle Dry and my nails have never looked better. I swear it helps my nails grow and get strong. Dazzle Dry lasts almost 3 weeks for me! I’ve recommended this place to my friend who now comes here too! (Pic shows shorter nails bc I asked her to cut them down)

Don’t bring your kid there. Creepy old woman asking my kid private questions. Patronizing you if you are a younger mom. Rude service, don’t talk to ppl’s kid what a creep

I made an appointment at 7 pm and arrived around 6:50. The staff asked if I could come back in 20 minutes. No problem at all! However, when I returned they asked me to wait another 30 minutes. I had already paid for parking and am understanding when it comes to being a bit behind schedule but this is unacceptable- do not book appointments with potential clients if you cannot uphold that reservation. They did not seem apologetic at all either. Bummer.

Beware - Does not honor gift certificates.

My wife came here with a gift certificate that was purchased 4 months ago. The owner did not honor it saying there was changed management since then. The gift certificate had no expiration date listed.

If you purchased a business and did not account for outstanding gift cards, that’s on the owner, not the customer.

I went here and a guy did my pedicure. He grabbed my foot really hard and seemed mad to be working there. I didn’t have my foot at the edge so he grabbed it really hard. He seemed rude. Why work if you can’t treat customers good? I do not recommend this place.

Friendly technicians, decent pedicure. The wax treatment on my heels was a nice touch. They accepted tip on credit card, which was helpful!
