Traci was fabulous! I got a new updated trendy cut and color and to top it off an eye brow wax on top. The salon was very clean and tastefully festive for the holidays. I was so impressed, I booked a Swedish massage for the next available spot in March. I was very fortunate to call this morning and they squeezed me in today for the salon. I would advise you to call ahead and plan ahead just in case.

Yeah this is a salon that doesn’t deserve any stars. I went in recent to use a groupon my husband got me for mother’s day. As a cosmetologist this was by hard the worse experience I’ve ever had. My nail tech talked about her love life and proceeded to use slang references. I don’t know if it was because of my race or if that’s how she spoke but it was very unprofessional. You could tell the file and buffer was used on the customer before me which I found disgusting and I also wanted to mention just because I use a coupon doesn’t mean that I deserve less of a service than someone who were to pay full price. Do not offer coupons if you wound treat customers the same. I will never come back

Easily the worst experience my wife and I have had in years. Simple story: I purchased my wife a package for Christmas, she called to schedule many times with no call backs, so I called and had the same result. I finally went into the location and was told the owner/manager was not in but would call me back. Big shocker.. no one called. I called in today (3 months after first of approximately 15 calls) and finally got the owner on the line. She was rude, dismissive and acted irritated by me and my wife in general. Good luck with your business! You are terrible.

Very rude and unprofessional. I recently tried to make an appointment after buying a Groupon, and they tried to tell me it was more than an 8 week wait to get a massage. When I told them that their Groupon expired in 6 weeks they did not care to accommodate that timeframe. The woman was very rude and unpleasant to speak with. I spoke with a friend after this experience and she said she had also tried their Groupon and that they were late to her appointment and left the room multiple times during the massage. I truly enjoy the massages and spa treatments that I get in this fast-paced busy life and I have no time for rude people that are clearly not in the right business that is supposed to improve relaxation. I will not give this salon another chance.

Tracy did a phenomenal job with my cut and highlights. She is always prompt to return calls or communicate via the online booking on her website. I look forward to booking other services with her.

If I could give this salon zero stars I would. I got two massages for my fiance for this place through Groupon and when she called to schedule her first appointment they indicated that their next available date was a little over a month out. We assumed that this was due to the Groupon so an appointment was booked. Now we come to her appointment day, which is today, and the receptionist told her that not only was the masseuse not in, but my fiance was not even in the system. The next available date, then, is nearly two months away on May 30th.

In calling to get this figured out, the manager (Tracy) indicated that the appointment should not have been booked for the 14th because their masseuse is only there every other weekend. Note that we're calling about her appointment for today, 4/7, not 4/14. Given her explanation, the masseuse should have been on the premises for work (every other weekend). Instead of trying to work this out and listening to excuses, we're refunding these massages through Groupon.

TL';DR I would strongly advise against booking for any services at this location.

Tried using the online "booking" portion of the website, but never got a response. When I went in for the appointment I had submitted on the site, I was told that the website booking "is only a suggestion" and that they had no appointments available. I made an appointment for two days later, and the next day they called me to tell me the appointment I booked wasn't actually available, and I would need to reschedule. Finally got an appointment and went in for a no chip manicure. By the end of the day (less than 5 hours later) the no chip polish on ALL TEN of my nails has peeled off. I am beyond disappointed in the service. Will not be going back.

I most likely won't be going back. The awesome thing about this place is that they work with wigs for kids. The hair cut was sloppy and it was clearly visible of the mistakes in the cut. It's sad because it was more than 30 for the cut. If I wanted a cheap cut I should have went to a chain.
