Read this before coming in for Botox. I came here because of the glowing reviews—now I honestly wonder if they’re fake. I’ve had Botox done successfully at several other clinics, but this was the first time I saw NO RESULTS whatsoever. Days after the recommended waiting period, there was still ZERO difference.

During my appointment, I actually asked for more units because I knew what I needed. But Kristen, the aesthetician, insisted on using a lower amount—only 4 units—and didn’t allow me to add more, even though I still had to pay the base rate of $150. That alone felt unreasonable, but I decided to trust her judgment, which later proved to be a mistake.

When I returned from vacation and let them know that the Botox didn’t work at all, they told me I’d need to come back in and PAY MORE for additional units. For a treatment that failed to deliver any results the first time, that felt incredibly frustrating.

I’ve had Botox at multiple places over the years, so I know how it should feel and what to expect. This experience was disappointing and honestly a waste of money. I don’t know if it was the dosage, placement, or technique, but something clearly didn’t go right. Don’t waste your money here
