Ordered two 10 piece meals. Lady at the window handed me a box and said all was in the box. Checked as we were driving away and only one 10 piece was in the box. Wife went in and the lady demanded for a receipt even though we left the window 30 seconds ago. I went in with the receipt that clearly said we got two 10 piece meals. I told her it was $24 and I know prices went up but I doubt that much. She still continued to say I only paid for one. I then held up the receipt on the box that was also clear. She walked away and tossed a bag on the counter with the meal I was missing and didn’t even apologize. I know the bar is already pretty low for it being McDonalds but this one didn’t even manage to hit that.

Ordered 2 ice cream cones. The girl at the drive thru brought 2 extremely small cones, that she had made, and laughed that they were so small! Tried again tonight, and they were even smaller!! You already charge twice as much as any other McDonald's! Just horrible service and value!!

Dirty tables, nasty pop machines, no ketchup tubs... the kicker was a staff member went and got pop and didn'tbother to clean up the spilled pop stains or empty ketchups... they were rude too when we wanted a register instead of the self save kiosk... empty and most tables were disgusting!

Stay away!!!

Ordered a mere two large fries, a shamrock shake, and a mango pineapple smoothie. Everything tasted normal, EXCEPT the smoothie. My daughter told me, in tears, that it tasted like coffee and chemicals. Do not get smoothies from here!!!!!!

I understand how frustrating it can be to work in the service industry but that is not an excuse to treat people so poorly. I don’t rock with mean girls. If you want to work at a place that is a free for all where you deal with negativity, mean girls, and laziness—then this is the job for you.

What a disgrace, I had a iced coffee it literally had 2 pieces of ice so it was warm, yes I counted them. Chicken nuggets taste like they been fried 5 times, fries were soggy. This is not acceptable people work hard for their money and at least want edible junk food.

There are no homeless people that's a plus but there always cheap on the mac sauce. Lol I just want my mac sauce for my chicken nūggets. I hope they build another McDonald in the same parking lot just so I can ask about bk special sauce. Kidding never go to bk off Honiegon and 251 there gross. No whopper is worth going in that place. And the McDonald next to that bk is gross also same owners of the Mcdonalds but its somehow gross. Stick with the one off Rockton road.

Walked in at about 5:15PM and saw one other family. It was a disaster with food everywhere. No cup lids, no napkins, garbage was piled so high it was nearly overflowing.

Clearly, the staff don't care about this restaurant.

For those that care, ketchup is only in packets. The amount of waste this creates frustrates me beyond belief. We'll eliminate straws, but you can open a thousand ketchup packets for your family.
