Inviting property in a great location. Tucked away in N Peoria, near the Grand Prairie shopping mall, Home Depot, restaurants, banking, and grocery, the area is walkable, and they allow delivery services onto the floors.

Check-in was smooth, and the reservation agent was polite, efficient, and professional. The unit was nice, above average, tidy, and equipped with the essentials for a long or overnight stay. Parking could become tight, but ample.

Free laundry, and the pantry provided water, drink mix, and other condiments at no additional cost. there are other pantry items for purchase as well. The bed was very comfortable, and although housekeeping isn't required daily, they were around for linen and towels or anything else you might need. 10/10 recommend.

"Fantastic Stay and Outstanding Service!" My experience at this hotel has been beyond amazing. The rooms are always spot clean, spacious, and they have all the amenities you could ask for. What stands out the most, though, are the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always make me and my family feel right at home.The staff are extremely accommodating and are always quick to assist with anything we need. Overall, the experience has been smooth and enjoyable from the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone has been courteous and attentive. This hotel exceeds my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great customer service!

I stopped here for the night because I'm in the area for work. Everything is very nice and very up-to-date. Cleanliness is phenomenal and the friendliness of the staff is absolutely the best I've experienced at a hotel. I've stayed at thousands of hotels and this is my number one recommendation. They have great coffee, a little store stocked with food and snacks, and it tends to be pretty quiet. Accommodations were made for my late checkout and they were more than willing to go above and beyond expectation. Great staff both in the evening and the morning. 10 out of 10 recommend. The room is always clean, I stay here two times a week for my job. The front desk people are always joyful, helpful and have me in my room in no time at all, I really appreciate that because I’m tired and want to get my room as quickly as possible. I’m really glad I chose this hotel to get my rest and relaxation! The cleaning people are also very nice and seem to love their job as well, it’s a great feeling when being here!

I would like to take the time to think the friendly hotel staff that went above and beyond their call of duty. They went out of their way to be super friendly and helpful. The coffee machine his great coffee in the rooms are up to date and very nice. I would recommend anybody to stay here. The value you get out of this hotel is unbelievable. 10 out of 10 recommend

I rarely have all positive things to say about hotels because I'm a light sleeper and super clean. This is the exception! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable, quiet place to stay. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and really nice. My bathroom fan made quite a noise so I couldn't use it when I showered and it made the room a little humid, but that's an easy fix for an overall wonderful hotel.

It was obvious that the staff take pride in their positions within the hotel. I've stayed in numerous hotels and this room was incredibly clean and everything was perfect in the room. Bed was comfortable. I only hope they fix the problem with the doors slamming. Otherwise, everything was nice.

I found it refreshing that items available to purchase were priced in such a way that it was felt like you were price gouging. There is a major grocery store nearby and I did not feel the need to bypass the internal items to purchase because they were priced appropriately. I was pleased that I didn't have to leave the hotel.
