My family and I had a great experience for a second time here at the Hyatt House in Schaumburg. The breakfast was adequate for being free. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The hotel is close to the mall and many other areas attractions. Be sure to take advantage of the shuttle service this hotel offers. A big shout out too Antonio, Saleem, and Raul for going above and beyond to answer all our questions and make our stay the as good as it could be!

This hotel was really clean, offered a great breakfast & extremely nice hotel staff. The location was awesome, lots around and not a far drive into the city. The only reason I gave it a 4 stat rating is because the beds were advertised as queen but were actually full size. & there was a struggle the entire stay to get towels. They would give us 1 towel a day for 6 people. House keeping also did not come during our stay.

Overall, this hotel is worth the price and if we ever come back this way, we will be staying here again.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The bathrooms are clean with nice size walk in showers. The pool area was clean and open. The hot tub worked. The parking lot is well lit and the area seems safe. Alot of places to eat within a short distance.

While the decor and facilities seemed in need of a refresh, the rooms and hotel in general were VERY clean. And in the end, that is all that really matters to me. My understanding is that there is new ownership with plans for future updates. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was on-par with your typical hotel breakfasts. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for our group. If opportunity allows, I would stay here again.

The location is good for those looking to avoid staying downtown but want to be in the chicago area. There are many ways to stay occupied if you don't want to do downtown things, or maybe only want to drive into the city for one thing. For larger families, the double room suite is the most affordable way to keep the peace and have some privacy - two bathrooms are a lifesaver when your kids are of an age where going to a store for toothpaste and socks involves 45 minutes of preening in front of a mirror.

Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast, nice pool and sauna. Was a great place to stay over the weekend traveling with the whole family. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms weren't the most up to date, or well stocked for the kitchen, but felt fairly clean and maintained as compared to most extended stay type hotel rooms.

Front desk was great, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty standard. Large bathroom. Semi-clean. Pull out coach bed was very uncomfortable and mattress was stained. The refrigerator in our room was LOUD. Like, Screeching all night loud. Super close to shopping and restaurants. We were in town for a cheer competition.

Very bad experience. Room is very dirty. Dog hair is all over the floor. Bad breakfast, no omelets, very basic simple stuffs. Front desk person and manager have bad customer service support. Came to check in, they found my reservation but couldn't charge my card for deposit. That what she said, but when I check my bank, it actually did charge me. I came and told the front desk then she had to get her manager to resolve the issue. During all this time, she made me wait at lobby instead of giving me the room knowing that I already have a room reserved and paid. Manager came and didn't even attempt to apologize for once. Will never come back here.
