So sometimes, the therapist asks why you’ve come for a massage, and you tell them, “my neck,” and hope for some extra time on your neck. But then, they proceed to do the same full body that they always do, not giving any more time to your request.
Liz is different because even though she worked my whole body (which was amazing) she also concentrated on my upper back and neck as I’d asked.
I left feeling lighter and less tense. I’d been feel crappy for a bit and it was as if this feeling had been erased.
She utilizes multiple tools as well as her strong warm hands. She is great at checking in for pressure, and while it was deeper at some points, I was never uncomfortable.
I’m adding Liz to my 2025 me time. She is vital to my mental and physical health!!
