Alicja is not only a very professional and knowledgeable beautician but also warm and kind person, making me feel comfortable and well informed throughout whole session. Place is very nice and clean. Prices reasonable, I recommend get a package instead of one session for a better price.

My experience at Wishful Beauty was AMAZING!!! Everyone was professional, friendly and the environment was very welcoming. Wishful Beauty Medical Spa surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I contacted them customer service was top priority. Alicia contacted me back in less than 24 hrs. It was my first time getting laser hair removal so I had a few questions and Alicia was very happy to answer all of them.
My first impression was the location. It’s located in Rolling Meadows conveniently right off the highway, and how amazing it was that there is a big parking lot so parking is not a problem. The building it’s is very modern. When you enter you’re greeted with a friendly smile and a welcome. The waiting room is modern, clean, fresh, very comfortable and relaxing. There is also a variety of refreshments and snacks available. Wishful Beauty Medical Spa is on top of all things beauty and offer all the up to date treatments to target everyone’s beauty needs. Alicia talked me through the whole process step by step. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all times. Her positive energy just generates professionalism and sincerity! You can tell she has passion for what she does. I’m very excited about the next appointments.
