The hotel room was clean. However the shower set up is strange. You have to get in completely to turn on and get hit with cold water. Also there is a glass wall between the shower and bedroom which if light is on in bathroom it shines in bedroom. My biggest issue is there aren’t any decent restaurants there and you can’t take a drink back to your room. There also should be a bar and restaurant outside of the casino.

We booked the VIP room in the sports bar and it was one of the best game watching experiences we’ve ever had! The service was amazing and the food was INCREDIBLE. This is by far the best sports bar in the Quad Cities. The renovations are beautiful and their drink menu is also so good. Highly suggest the bananas foster old fashioned!

We got married nearby, so naturally, Bally’s seemed like a good place for us and our guests to stay after the wedding. Many of us stayed the night before the wedding as well. We were excited because it doubled as a casino! However, after our experience, none of us will be returning. After our wedding, my husband & I, our wedding party, other friends, and our entire families went to Bally’s. We all decided to hang out in the casino/bar area before calling it a night. Within 15 minutes of being there, management/security started approaching our friends and family, telling them they seemed intoxicated and were not allowed to gamble. This was even said to my friend who doesn’t drink. This was very confusing to all of us. I would be more understanding if our group was loud, causing a scene, or visibly intoxicated. I was also informed that this happened to some of our guests the day before the wedding. I’m highly disappointed that we chose Bally’s for our friends and family stay at, including ones that traveled very far to be with us.

My fiancé and I were on a road trip back home when we decided to pull over for the night. We decided to stay at Bally’s Quad Cities hotel and casino. It looked nice and seemed like it would be a good time. We arrived late at night around 11:30pm and checked in. We got to our room and everything at the moment was amazing. Around midnight we decided to finally lay down and head to bed after driving for 12 hrs straight. Once we lay down, I lift up the blanket and noticed blood on the sheets. We sit up and inspected it, deciding what to do. I decided to go up to the front desk and after waiting for the lady to come back inside, ask for a new room because there was blood on our sheets. She then tells me that she will come and change them for us. She comes to the room a few minutes later and changes the sheets. By the time this whole ordeal was over we were finally able to sleep around 1 am. When we woke up the next morning I took a shower and noticed there was blood on the shower head as well. When we went to check out the next morning we talked to the women at the front desk about our ordeal and she stated “we have industrial washing machines and they rust so it’s most likely that. As for the shower head I will send my manager in to take a look.” (this is a summary of what she had stated) This stay would have been amazing and would love to stay here again but due to the blood and the way the situation was handled was very upsetting. I would have loved to bring my family back here because of the location, but now I'm very hesitant .

Let me start by saying I don’t write many reviews especially negative ones. However the staff goes out of their way to be hideously RUDE.
We arrived to an over booked hotel on Friday night. They offered to send us to a complimentary airport hotel. Then they found something (we felt our luck was turning around). My husband tells me the situation. I quickly go online and see there must have been a cancelation so I book a night for Saturday. When my husband calls reception later that evening to inquire on food, Mariah, the receptionist SCOLDS him for booking a room and PROCEEDS to cancel the PAID Saturday reservation!!! Talking to him like a child, asking him why he booked the room when she told him nothing was available. Saturday morning (today) we call about our reservation and sure enough, our PAID reservation is nowhere to be found!!
On top of this the woman collecting drink cups, when they stop serving alcohol told me that I had 10 minutes to finish my champagne. I told her I had a little left and was finishing it up. She sat and glared at me until I was done! If only I would have checked out her name you all could have been on lookout for the garbage police. I’ve stayed at many places, high and low end, this is one of the most shocking hotel experiences in my life. Things happen, rooms are old, people have a bad day… but to feel like people are deliberately rude, in this day and age, is appalling.

Pros:
Hotel/casino seemed modern and clean. Feel it should be a law to have a drink shelf in bathroom above the urinal to be ADA compliant. Thank you for that.

Sportbook well designed and fun...except for my BILs NBA picks

SB staff, buffet, casino table, entry/exit, and hotel employees all friendly and professional.

Didn't use the pool but can vouch as to its availability

Casino is small but never felt overcrowded with a good variety of tables games and slots

Food was comparable to or even slightly better than other casinos I've visited.

Cons:
HVAC system obnoxiously loud and room seemed dry

Who designed these bathrooms? Unlike every hotel I've ever stayed in there is a frosted window separating shower/bathroom and the sleeping quarters. At first it was a strange novelty noticing my buddy's silhouette taking a shower while I was watching TV. If i would have thought ahead I would have grabbed a sausage from the buffet for my shower and became the stuff of legends. While just an oddity for me I noticed several families were staying there thought about a child watching a parent shower. Not to mention that for some reason the shower - toilet area is separated by two glass partitions. Having 30 years of marriage I know that sometime it is convenient to have one person shower while the other will primp or use the facilities at the same time for time management. Now you can keep track of each other's 'business'. This also begs what happens when a child needing to use the facilities in an emergency situation and daddy or mommy are in the shower.

I now fear I may never be able to stay in the same hotel/casino more than once...feeling compelled to find a venue with a similar or even more impractical bathroom set up if one dare exist.

We came to Bally’s to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Room was okay. Fridge really loud. Most disappointing part was that my husband has a bad back and we went down to enjoy the hot tub and it was broke so disappointing.. no telephone in pool area to call front desk for help. Feel cheated because that was part of the cost and we didn’t get to enjoy that experience.

I have went here numerous times about 5 yrs ago with family. I returned going there myself within about 2 yrs and have had lobster and various other types of food. The food is great.
Then started playing the Craps table and for a while it was $5 to start. Now its up to $10 to start and since then I have went to other casinos and enjoyed my starting bet at $5
