I give back a vanilla shake that's doused in chocolate syrup that my son doesn't like only for her to give it back to him reBLENDED.... with the chocolate

...and they're now closed at 8:20pm although it says 9:30pm.

HORRIBLE! I spent a little over 25$ worth of cash, because this place doesn't take card so I went to an ATM, I ordered all this food and ice cream for my family, my sister and I specifically ordered mangonadas, i kid you not my dish was frozen solid block of ice, I asked if they can mix ice cream or something, they had barely any left, so not even a full scoop and the proceed to try and charge me full price to fix their mistake, just aweful customer service

Ice cream and all products are amazing ... but terrible customer service specially one of the main girls with red hair such a bad actitud , that’s why I don’t like to purchase at this location need to replace the girls ASAP I can tell I was not the only one at that moment who was feeling the same way hopefully we can see some changes If I give them another chance
