I went into Ricco’s April 17th to get my hair done by Emily showed her a reference picture of what i wanted done. Once i got home i realized it’s not even remotely close to what i asked her to do my hair i had purple gray tones running through some parts of my hair & my hair was falling out ALOT . I paid $255 for my hair to be done so i expect it to be done good. I had messaged Sonia (the owner) and told her i wasn’t happy with it and she offered to fix it free of charge which was nice of her, but then she proceeded to tell me she could have Emily fix it (the same girl that messed it up the first time) and “she’d coach her through it” which she also was doing the first time. Or if i wanted to wait for her (Sonia) to do it she’d have to charge me. Very unprofessional i won’t be wasting my money here again.

Idk where these pictures come from on there website because they do not do good Hair here. Me and my mom got our hair dyed and it looked so horrible I went from burgundy to brown with caramel highlights. My hair now has about 4 colors the carmael highlights some pieces look white some look grey the burgundy color is still showing in my hair it took them 6 hours to also doy hair. Iasked for my roots to also be highlighted which they didnt do These girls are not professional seems like they are str8 out of hair and need to have stayed in there longer. Also from having me sit in the dryer long with bleach I've now lost all my texture. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUT THEY DID GIVE ME HALF MY MONEY. BACK !

I had a highlight today with Pam although my hair didn't lift the way we wanted, she didn't stop until I was happy and even though it took longer and more steps than we thought, she kept the price quoted...she is a great hairstylist...thanks Pam.
