The location was was great, right off the 355. Luisa was very kind, and so helpful, it was so nice to see a receptionist greet you with a smile. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was by far the best we ever had at any Holiday Inn, the biscuits and gravy was the best we've ever had, sausage and bacon were cooaked perfectly. We travel all over and the cook Rose needs to be recognized for an amazing job done. Thank you

After multiple bad experiences at Holiday Inn, I had pretty much given up on the chain. But, pleasantly surprised with an enjoyable experience. Staff greeted warmly and friendly. Acknowledged IHG member. Honored room preference! Room was clean and spacious. Pool was clean and water temp was perfect. Gym was clean and all the equipment was in good condition. Breakfast was as usual.

My brother lives in Lockport so we traveled to his place and decided to stay at the closest hotel with my elderly parents. I informed IHG reservation that I would need connecting rooms as my father has dementia and my elderly mother needs assistance. I also asked for an accessible room as my 97year old mother needs the bars to use the bathroom and for safety. The first thing the front desk staff said was “oh two dogs”. Not welcome or even Hello. I felt like all of the accommodations went out the door after she saw my beagle mix dogs who were well behaved and not barking. She put us toward the back. Beds were too high for the elderly, all she had to offer was a folding plastic step stool with nothing to hold on too and too high for an elderly person to get down from. I did not sleep well and neither did they as our rooms all though next to each other but not connected to keep an eye out for them. I had to stay in their room instead of my own room to make sure my mom did not fall from the high bed or in the bathroom. I wanted to stay at a hotel that made us feel welcomed and comfortable enough like home. This was not the case. And not a place I would bring someone with limited mobility or accessibility.

Gave this place a 4.8 because everything was convenient and available. The staff starting from Herb at the front desk was helpful, the place was was clean and we
We’re accommodated and provided with a room close to the pool and exercise room. It could have been perfect at 5 except for the time that there was banging on our window twice, front desk was aware, gave as reassurance that they will check it and call non emergency service if it happened the third time. No more third time.
We will still be coming back and recommend this place.

Becca at the front desk is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She takes care of any concerns and is super polite and personable! The hotel itself is great as well. Breakfast is fresh every morning and delicious! The rooms are clean and ready for a short or long stay whichever you may need!

The king room we had was big, clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. The breakfast area had many choices, but it wasn't restocked often enough. While we were there, they were out of a lot of the choices and I never saw a staff member to ask for more without going to the front desk. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

A great visit as usual. I stay here every time I come to Spring Valley. The staff is always attentive, and the rooms are always clean. Becca greets me with a big smile which is very welcome after a long day. During one visit I had a small issue with the room, Becca had me in a different room within minutes. Thanks for the care.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were a little bit firm for our liking, but the amenities in the bathroom were amazing. You don't need to bring body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They also have body lotion!! All Dove, so good for sensitive skin.
Just don't lose your key because you need it to go on the elevator and get inside at night.
