Went here with my wife and our kids and we loved it. The host was very friendly and informative about the history of their inn. Her jewelry prices are phenomenal, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

I've stayed at this lovely B&B twice over the past 3 years. It's exceptionally comfortable, and I love being surrounded by the antiques that are on display. Breakfast is great, and the hostess, Anita, friendly and most helpful. I try to stay here anytime I'm coming through the area.

A wonderful stay! Beautiful Historical Victorian Mansion! Angie Was a wonderful host! She made the most delicious stuffed blueberry French toast and sausage breakfast! We had a nice visit after breakfast with her and her mom. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! A beautiful place in "Paris!"

We just stayed at Red Oak Inn this past weekend. Came in for a funeral, but stayed there with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. It was perfect for being able to visit and reminisce. The rooms and breakfasts were great! Loved playing yard games in the backyard. Highly recommend! Angie will take great care of you!

Our first trip was a year ago.Meeting Angie, Nancy and Phil was such a treat. Felt welcomed from the very beginning! The B and B is so beautiful! You really need to see it and hear the history. On our next visit I'd love to see the photos of the work while it was being done. The hosts are cordial, friendly, so warm and really... so funny! The rooms are large and comfortable and so quiet. The food is amazing! There is this Apple Pancake. It is made to be shared...Everything we have had there has been delicious. I asked Angie what is the most requested item she makes and she said it is Nancy's Chocolate Bavarian Cream Cake. (I hope I got that right) We will just have to try that one day.. On our last visit I wanted to meet with some good friends and Angie very kindly made it happen. We ate a delicious breakfast and met for a good hour in the dining room to talk before we had to fly out. Truly, we look forward to our visits each year.

We had a great time staying at the Red Oak Inn. The house is amazing, the rooms were comfortable and decorated very well. Angie was a great host and her food is amazing. We had a great time hanging out on the deck and patio as well as inside in the main living room. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Paris! Illinois 😄

Very welcoming hostess -- she shared with us the history of the house and also about many of the furnishings, of which are both unique and antique. Very unique mix of decor and many surprises! Gave us a tour of the whole house, including all 4 bedrooms. Even has an elevator! We girls had a great time visiting with our hostess and will probably make this a destination again in the future. If you are visiting Paris, IL, and want a lovely place to stay, this is the place you want to be!

For my first stay in a b & b I had a wonderful experience. The owner was very attentive, the house and room was comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. I had bacon and eggs the first morning and a French toast casserole the second, with a large bowl of fruit both days. If her mother drops in and offers you a slice of strawberry pie be sure to say "Yes!" because it is absolutely amazing!!!!
