My fiance and I enjoyed our couples massage! This is a very relaxing and clean spa. I have had plenty of massages and i’ve been to many different spas (including the greenbrier) and this was the best one I’ve had. I was afraid that 50 minutes would not be long enough, but our massage therapists did amazing in that time frame. They were both very nice and professional. I will be back.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Spa at Hotel Roanoke. The receptionist was very welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy. Erica gave me an amazing Swedish massage and was thorough when explaining what to expect and how to prepare for it. Overall, I felt very comfortable and completely relaxed! I'm looking forward to visiting again and hope to see them continue to grow.

What a wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome, and most importantly… pampered! The atmosphere is vert, very zen. Beautiful calm colors, soothing music and it smells Devine!
Liz was not who I had the appointment with, but was very helpful( and knowledgeable ) with questions about OSEA products.Speaking of, they have a wonderful variety of great products.
Erica was, without a doubt exceptional. I had the Super Foods facial. Erica was so informative about every product - what is in it, what it does,how to apply, etc… I tend to get overwhelmed with all that is out there, and Erica made it make sense!! The scents of all the products, coconut, raspberry , strawberry , pineapple and others, were dreamy! Speaking of that- they use this wonderful steam machine on your face while giving the facial, I could have fallen asleep I was so relaxed. It also comes with a foot rub!
This was such a pleasant and extremely relaxing experience, I would highly recommend !

Don’t miss out on The Spa at Hotel Roanoke! Andrea customized my 80 minutes massage for my needs, including trigger point therapy, firm massage, stretching and hot stones! Make sure you add the Vagus nerve scalp massage! The Milk and Honey foot soak was amazing and John gave an amazing foot and leg massage, finishing off the service with a CBD Balm and foot powder! Last but not least was my Restorative Facial by Cierra, I loved the Eminence products! Cierra made sure I was comfortable and explained the products. After a day at the spa I melted into our renovated room and relaxed the day away!

I received the foot soak/massage treatment from Ratia and it was so relaxing. She was attentive, offered a beverage, as well as a warm neck wrap, and refilled the soak water when it started to cool down.
