DO NOT GET WAXXED HERE!!! I went here cause I got a good price from Groupon. I shouldve just took that L and not went like my gut was telling me. Like the other woman in the review said. 1st red flag was wax strips and hot honey wax... every pull was just as painful as the sound you heard as she ripped it off. I wanted to scream. I know I dropped some tears. I was swollen for days and irritated. Never again. Do not go here unless you want to see your soul leave your body and come back. Seriously.

I wish I could give zero. I get regular waxes, the first turnoff to me was how they still use hot wax and the cloths for removal. I am not sure who this woman was that did my wax. I went because it was easy for me to get an appointment. The woman who did my wax was very nice, however the service was horrible. She was very rough whn performing my session. She ripped it off session by session and I am surprised I left with all my parts I came with. I am sorry for being vulgar, but this service was horrible. I made it home and I realized how swollen, and redden my area was. l would not recommend this place to an enemy.

I just had the worst experience ever! My wife and I went in for a Brazilian wax, I went first. The owner claimed my hair was so stubborn that it could not be removed. I’ve been getting waxes for over 20 years and have never had that said to me. She kept going and I was in so much pain. I didn’t want to pay because the level of pain I experienced and the fact that hair was still left. I did anyway. My wife went next and I heard her screaming in pain and went in. The same exact thing was said and done to her. They did not offer a discount and instead got angry with us. I feel so violated and hurt emotionally and physically. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Just left the service, which is horrible. I am going to have to grow my eyebrows again because she thinned it extremely. My eyebrows are uneven and look bad. I informed her I would be writing a review, and she became upset with me. I do not recommend this place at all. This was a horrific experience for me.

The lady who had been doing my eyebrows for years was tied up with another customer. Another lady comes out back graciously apologizing for eating lunch (NOT a problem i go through the same thing at my job). She grabs a mirror and points out my RIGHT eyebrow has hair missing. Then proceeds to thread me and once she’s done my LEFT eyebrow is soooo thin! When I point it out she got very angry. Clearly you could see the difference in the skin where my eyebrow had been ALL summer from the tan line!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Make it make sense. NEVER again! They just lost a loyal customer.

These women have been consistently good since I started going at least 5 years ago. I drive all the way from the city to get my eyebrows threaded here. The shop is unassuming, but the service is fantastic.

For a first timer doing Brazilian wax I felt Jigna was very insensitive. After hearing other people’s experiences apparently mine was not great at all. Didn’t even give me a wipe at start to clean and didn’t even let me know when she was going to snatch off. I was not explained a thing. I kept saying is my first time I don’t Know what to expect. The pain was insane I was hurting so bad. When I got home I had blood dots. I even asked is this normal Very insensitive!!! makes me not want to do it ever.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a problem. The ladies are very nice and polite. They always do a great job on my eyebrows and it’s very cheap! I never trust anyone else with my eyebrows.
