Loved our stay.
Young man at front desk was so polite and cordial.
We asked for the closest restaurant and he gave us a printed sheet of the restaurants and addresses, etc.
Then he ran upstairs somewhere to get us a mobile cart for our luggage.
Breakfast was very sufficient.
Rooms were very quiet. I got much badly needed sleep.
Really liked the nice FIRM mattresses.
Will return in the future!

I recently stayed at your hotel with a friend for a long weekend visit to my son stationed at the nearby Naval Base. Overall, we found the hotel to be a great value. The rooms were spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable – I travel frequently, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced. The pool and hot tub were also very relaxing. I was, however, a bit disappointed with the breakfast. On most days, the food was not even lukewarm, and there were no milk alternatives offered for cereal. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Joanne, in particular, provided a great check-in experience and was a welcoming presence after our long drive. My only other complaint was the lack of luggage carriers. With only two small carriers available, and guests not returning them, it was inconvenient. I was particularly disappointed when staff members observed an elderly man struggling with his luggage but did not offer assistance. My friend and I stepped in to help, but I believe hotel staff should be more proactive in such situations.

The rooms are comfortable. Nice and cozy very relaxing set up in the rooms. I went there more for the pool and Jacuzzi to relaxing, which did not look as clean as I would expected. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good except for the juice the orange juice tasted old.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It started with the check-in receptionist being friendly and helpful. She provided us tips for food and oriented us to the area. Then, we had our big room and with a very comfy bed. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We met new people and played some games. We would definitely return in the future.

I stayed 2 nights in September. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfy. I was able to sleep very well. The breakfast was good. I had a great experience at this hotel!

It was a great stay from start to finish. Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, and a great breakfast. The price was perfect for our family while we visited Chicago for a fun, family weekend. The hotel was clean with nice, modern decor.

This hotel is very easy to get in and out of. The front desk staff was very helpful. We only had an issue with fitness room policy. The rooms are aging. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was very warm and clean.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great! Towels are a little scratchy but not horrible. We had the 1 bedroom suite and I would highly recommend especially if one partner is an early riser and the other likes to sleep or you like to watch different tv shows since there’s two tvs in this room. I would recommend if you drink coffee to bring your own K-cups as there’s a lady at the desk who will only let you have 2-3 extra. They have the best breakfast selection and it tastes delicious! The pool area looked clean, did not use though.
