Just had an appointment yesterday. All I can say is wow! Lavelle is so much more than an estheticIan! She is a wealth of knowledge and is generous in taking the time to share her wisdom. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable. She takes the time to really get to know the person, their concerns and needs and then comes up with the individualized approach which I so appreciated. She was also very accommodating and flexible in my situation. Her skills are impressive and the products she uses are top notch. Location is excellent, clean and has a lovely ambience. Lavelle is amazing!!! She is SO passionate and knowledgeable. She radiates love and warmth and makes you feel like family. The facial is hands down best I've ever had and I've had quite a few including at the fancy spas like Mario. It's hard for me to fully relax and she had me basically in and out of consciousness the entire 2 glorious hours. So gentle and relaxing I can't even describe it well enough to give her the credit she deserves. 100% go get a facial from her or give someone you live a facial gift card to get loved on. Loved my facial with Lavelle on Friday! Lavelle's new nickname should be LOVElle because she has so much love to give you and your skin. My skin was a literal hot mess after years of going without a facial or any other professional skin care. Lavelle worked her magic on my skin it was as soft as a baby's bottom but smelled better. My skin was dewy and glowing and so refreshed that I felt like I had a whole new face. It was marvelous. I will definitely be returning.

Her prices are also extremely fair and she takes great pride in making sure she's using the best of the best product on your skin. I loved that she took the time to inquire how my skin reacts before putting anything on it. I recommend 1,000%! Also, bring checks and cash people. Small businesses have to pay extra every time you use a credit card!

Couldn't have picked a more authentic & generous spirit. It was my first time doing a leg wax & brazilian. She was kind & funny, didn't feel an ounce of awkwardness.
