Room had no smell, was very clean and looked new. Bathroom was large and had a great shower! Bed was large with soft sheets and pillows. Maid service every day and room was cleaned to the same condition as when we arrived! Good lighting and nice TV with cable channels. Overall a great 3 day stay!

This is the only IHG hotel I stay with when I travel. The standards here are great. The staff personel are always friendly. I have never had an issue with cleanliness in my room and always look forward when I am working in the area. This is the best property in the ownership groups hotel by far Jill and Liz do an amazing job and the housekeeping/maintenance staff set the standard that other hotels should strive to meet

3/20/25. I was in the area for business and Holiday Inn was close enough to travel to my job. The room was spacious and clean. They have a business center if you need to take care of any personal business on their computers. They have a inside pool, and gym room and a place where you can do your laundry.

Was recognized as soon as we came thru the doors. The place was very quiet and clean no interruptions with our room service. Every stay is great some people just can't park is the only issue I have blocking 2 spots other than that it's great

Hotel was perfect for my daughter’s weddin. Rooms were neat and clean. Meeting room was offered for her to get ready. Very pleasant staff. Jill was great. Would recommend if you’re in Morris. Thanks for the hospitality.

From check in to check out, our stay was enjoyable. Clean room, super comfy bed and delish breakfast. My girls enjoyed the pool and it was easy to relax. Will book there again when we have to be in town next year.

Jill was amazing most people don't take the time to accommodate you, her patient and dedication to serve clearly shows. I truly appreciate her help. Thank you Jill. The room was great, clean and cozy. What I appreciated aside from that was having water near by for purchased.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, kind and attentive. Great experience overall. Beds, linens and pillows are super comfy! I like the Dove products offered in the bathroom and the rooms are always very clean.
