We stayed here because we were going to a show at Boondocks. This hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. They were constantly cleaning as we were walked in and out carrying our bags in and walking to the restaurant across the street. The lobby and hallways were spotless. Bed was comfortable and bathroom well-stocked with towels. Highly recommend. When we come back, we will stay here again, as it's approximately 10 minutes from the venue.

Loved our two room suite. Having two big TVs was very nice. They managers happy hour. Snacks were first for us in a comfort suite however comfort suite in Appleton has free drinks for happy hour. I think Comfort Suites has upgraded their hotels. The breakfast was the usual affair of reconstituted eggs. Just having a fruit bowl. Everything was clean staff was accommodating.

Friendly staff ready to answer all you questions! This hotel was perfect for our two night stay!! Very clean! Awesome breakfast! We even did our laundry here and everything worked perfectly! We will be back!

Positive: The desk clerk was amazing. The first room the hide a bed. The mattress pad was gross. We changed rooms and then that room only had a king bed not two queens so then we got put in another room. The front desk girl forgot to change our room number. Negative: I had to go to the front desk and have my key card reprogrammed about four times it constantly would not open the door

Do NOT stay here! This hotel is terrible. It smelled musty in the lobby when we arrived. The room we were given smelled like smoke and had burn holes on the chairs. When we complained they said we have a no smoking policy. This caused me respiratory distress. We made our reservation for a king size bed and they gave us two double beds. When we asked for a change they refused. They refused to give us a refund. The front desk manager told us Expedia needed to refund us, when Expedia called they said the property manager refused the refund. One of the neighboring hotels told us this hotel is known for keeping people’s money.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and as a workers we leave early breast wasn’t even out by 6:30am which is insane. We get up at 5am and leave by 6:30am. We depend on that hot breakfast in the morning huge let down. Great location beautiful rooms just need to crack down on the marijuana smoke and cigarette smoking in rooms. If you have kids that will be the only issue.

This hotel messes up group reservations and will tell you you don’t have a room even though you have had reservations for 6 months. They can’t figure out how to let you add a night and private pay for that while staying another two night paying on a different card. The manager is horrible and extremely rude. He does nothing for customer service. The hotel is run down and not that great. They don’t return emails. They lie and say they try to call you, but there is no missed calls on my phone.
