We were just spending a quick evening the night before a local event. The room was clean and good enough. Nothing great but served the purpose. The vending machines didn't work correctly. The bed was very firm (good or bad depending on specific needs of course) I asked for a TV channel guide and the front desk didn't have one.

1. The check-in experience was good.
2. The room which was given first had having bathroom ceiling broken which I complained and they changed the room.
3. The elevator had a cigarette smell.
4. The breakfast had fewer options, but bread and cornflakes were there, so I managed.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was far below expectations—walking barefoot was out of the question as the floors were so dirty they left my socks black. Additionally, the room had a persistent, overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, as if it had been that way for decades.||||Security was also a concern. The window had only one lock, which was broken, and it couldn’t close properly. This not only compromised my sense of safety but also allowed outside air and noise to filter into the room, making it difficult to relax.||||Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and security.

It would have been 5 stars, but I think they gave me the murder room. My puppy crawled behind the bed, so I had to move the mattress to retrieve him. The box spring is stained orange in a large 3’ diameter circle under the “passenger side headrest”. Spooky.

Positive: The hotel offers a to-go style breakfast. Negative: Signage posted not allowed to take food from breakfast back to your room. The room and hotel entrance key is deactivated before check out time. Complete a sale for deposit amount, slow refund. Lots of cameras.

Positive: "" Negative: Shower leaked, stains on shower curtain,light switches where all by the entrance door including bathroom light hole in the wall for tissues to sit. Sink faucet leaked. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Bed skirt had stuff all over it. Just nasty!!!

Positive: Relatively low cost. Easy to access from the Interstate. Negative: Door key repeatedly stopped working. WiFi was not secure / encrypted. Room had an odd smell. Because of median on the road could only drive in and out of hotel in one direction.

My stay at super 8 was disgusting to say the least. Upon entering the room there were bugs on the wall, restrooms had not been cleaned, fecies in toilet, towels and light sockets dirty, clothing hangers on the floor, very foul odor in entire room. I went to open the window to get some fresh air and the window screen was hanging off. The comforter had numerous cigarette burns. I was threatened during checking that if I (I’m a non smoker) smoked in the room I would forfeit my $50 deposit. The carpet in the hall and the room were filthy paint splattered spider webs bugs and dirt. I have video footage. The smoke detector was completely missing and all that was left was the cover. I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager (Onion) and he said no other rooms were available. I requested a refund so I could go to another hotel but was told I couldn’t receive refund. I had no more money to go to another hotel. I thought about sleeping in my car but the police were on site and told me they advise I not do that due to the area not being safe. My husband was bitten several times while laying in the bed. I stayed up the entire night afraid and to disgusted to sleep. I shared with the manager I didn’t not want to get bitten or take bugs home with me. I have pictures and video evidence.
