Two night stay for a conference. Check-in was quick and the little gift bag with snacks was an unexpected but very sweet treat. My room was very clean, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom. Mini coffee bar well stocked with coffee, tea and water bottles. First time in years staying in a hotel for more than one night that I've had the room cleaned the next morning after my first night. They also restocked all items (coffee, tea, water bottles).
Checking out was also very easy even after requesting they apply direct billing to my employer. Processed my request without any resistance - that I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Springfield for business or leisure.

Hotel was a last minute pick. Check in was easy. Staff was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable. Room could use some TLC. Furniture was a bit banged up but overall room seemed clean. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was a disappointment. Room was dirty and had red mold in the corners of the shower. Smelled musty. Couldn't hardly see out the windows because they were fogged up like the seals were broken. The bed was so soft it was like a water bed. My back is going to feel that the rest of the week. Left a jacket in the closet and called them to see if they could hold onto it for a week when I come back through. I can not get a call back from them to see if they have it. Shouldn't be that hard to send someone up to the room to get it. I've called 2x around check out time and they act like it's the first time I've contacted them. This place has aged and it shows they're putting no money into keeping up with it. Looks like it used to be a very nice place.

Our daughter got married here Memorial day weekend 2024 - the wedding of the century (just ask the hotel ataff! Lol) They were amazing then and nothing has changed. Stayed again a couple of nights before Christmas 2024. They upgraded me to a great room. The desk staff are great! The bar staff are great!! The late check out I asked for was great!! I stay in IHG properties many, many times and this is right up the with the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The check-in process was smooth and Ben was very polite, helpful and kind. I loved the text message communication asking if everything was ok with my room and letting me know he was available should I need anything. I even added an additional night by text. The bed was super comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area! This will definitely be my default hotel when visiting my family. Great job!!!

The hotel itself was fairly good to stay in. The room assigned was handicap and not the size bed booked. It appeared bit to have been cleaned well after a remodel with the amount of dust and debris on floor.
Staff cared more about convention than other guests. Overall cleanliness was not what I expect. The king size bed suite on last night was a good room with nice amenities. Could not use elevators due to their speed and number of guests there.

Our whole experiences from making reservations through checkout was smooth. Hotel staff was a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was delicious and offered quite the variety.

Our only complaint was one of the servers in the restaurant was a bit abrupt

However, hotel staff addressed that issue promptly and professionally. We recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Springfield.

If you read any review please read this one! We booked this hotel out of recommendation, however, this hotel is VERY run down and dirty. It was probably wonderful in its prime…20-30 years ago. Our room was FILTHY. Black hair everywhere, mold in the bathroom and it looked like something splattered on the walls a while ago and they didn’t even care to clean it. I have never checked in and out of a hotel so quickly before. We were able to get our money back and go stay somewhere else. Our waitress from a well known Springfield restaurant informed us that this hotel is known for BED BUGS. Seriously…stay somewhere else!!!
