I went to New Nails almost 3 weeks ago for a full set and a pedicure and they were great! Very friendly from the moment I walked in. Although I did not have an appointment they took care of me right away. Brian did my nails and at almost 3 weeks they’re still looking great. He definitely did an amazing job and asked if I was happy with the nail shape, length and color. Great service will definitely be back! 😊

My service here was pleasant! My technician was attentive to my service needs. She wasn't distracted at any time during my service. She also provided other nail suggestions for me to accommodate my original choice; which I considered great!

After two weeks of being service here, my nails are still looking great! If you don't want a rush job and desire a pleasant experience, no doubt, come here!

Although I waited 1 hour, ( I was a walk-in) They were all extremely nice, The girl helping me did her best trying to find the right color and the 2 guys helping her find everything to do my glass nails. They did not make me feel bad for asking questions. I will be returning, great customer service

Not good at all. My regular person was not in.
Will not be back.
I did not say anything about expensive. I did not have gel polish on my nails. That you responded back to me. I had no chip nail polish.
The service I asked for was pedicure with no chip polish, which was a mess and removal of no chip polish from my hands.
I can not help that the young lady or you don't understand English. I will go somewhere else.

Just needed the no chip from my nails that was chipping. Have a full service appointment with Jessie. The young man that attended me was GREAT!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
