Don’t book with “Jas/Jasmine” unless you want to wait an hour and a half after your appointment time to then be told to leave. All because I came 5 min early to my 1pm appointment. I waited patiently for over a hour when I did finally ask her how long the wait will be around 2:05 pm. The only right thing she did was give me my deposit back, when she had me leave. I would’ve appreciated a heads up text that she was running late for my appointment or for her to communicate with me while I was sitting there that she was gonna need ALOT more time. Even cancelling my appointment would’ve been better than getting my time wasted. I traveled 40 mins to her because I liked her work I saw, sucks she turned out to be inconsiderate and unprofessional. The communication is not there at all and my experience was extremely unprofessional. Please do better.

Tianna is a great stylist she not only slayed my hair, she slayed my daughter hair as well... She does it all cut, color, braids etc...She is very pleasant to work with a kind spirit.

Kymauri Denise is who you need to slay your hair natural, braids, and/or locs. And she does children 💁🏽‍♀️✨️ I drive over an hour for her services. Quality, time efficient and always professional.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Had my appointment A MONTH in advance as a new client. Appointment was changed to come in at noon, & also informed I would be waiting a "few minutes". WAITED AN HOUR! Tasheba sends a wash girl Camari to relax my hair, prior to her touching my head I asked Tasheba would there still be a wait she said yes I would still have 2 more heads to do even before I get to you. I cancelled the appointment & walked out! We don't work all week to have our Saturday free time robbed, don't lie and say a few minutes when it's expected hours before you even touch my hair. The 1 star is for practicing COVID precautions

Appointments are not honored at this salon. Needless to say, I did not receive service at this salon. The stylist obviously overbooked her clients or doesn't respect the clients' time. My appt. was at 12 pm, at 1241 pm. I was still waiting. My time is just as important. Here's a PSA, COMMUNICATION is extremely important when servicing the public. If you're running behind, let the person know and don't assume they have nothing to do but wait until you have time for them.
