An older building that is for the local community to use and has a great history of how it started and kept in good condition. People who care for the building have much pride and have annual pancake breakfasts and sell holiday wreaths for fund raising. Membership is only $25 per year and rental rates are reasonable. Location is next to Hollywood grade school and Riverside Brookfield High School.

Very affordable. I rented this place back in January 2020. On downside is we need all the cleaning and I should have just paid extra to have someone else clean after party. Place is good for small gatherings.
