I came here to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday. Many of the attractions including spin zone were closed or out of order. The virtual reality exhibit only had one headset that worked so the game play would be solo instead of with another person to enhance the experience. I purchased the platinum tickets for these attractions and they were all closed so I was highly disappointed! So i definitely do not recommend to purchase tickets ahead of time. I go to the cafe and place an order at 1600 CST and at 1628 CST I went back to pick my order up. I was given the whole sausage pizza, the slice of cheese pizza, and the wings that I ordered. When I asked about the whole pepperoni pizza I was told they didn’t make it yet. So I patiently waited then returned to the counter at 1700 CST inquiring about the pepperoni pizza. I was told AGAIN that they did not put the pizza in the oven yet and was offered nachos or chicken tenders in place of the pizza. Which I declined. The girl taking my order was very rude and had no patience when I should have been the person angry because the cafe “forgot” to make my pizza twice!! I was told by a team member in the cafe that my pizza was being put into the oven at 1705 and I received the pizza almost 90 mins after I ordered it. I traveled very far for bad customer service and closed attractions. Highly upset with this visit

Went for my great nephew birthday and we had fun very clean n safe

Bought the platinum package and had my son’s birthday party here today. The zip line, trampoline, spinning cars were out of service so they downgraded the cost to ultimate for me but the kids still had “all access” and all day play for everything else. Food and drinks were brought out promptly 1 hour into our time. I ordered 3 pizzas, two pitchers of drinks and a tray of tenders. The drinks were on free refill. My host was very helpful. After two hours you do need to vacate your table so we moved to a general area. I booked from 1-3 pm and will say this, later in the afternoon it gets super packed and rowdy and there are multiple parties going on. No complaints. They did their best to accommodate!

I would of gave them 5 stars everything was fun but the only thing is that they had a lot of things closed off or out of service… but man there is a guy that’s works there named Leo and he’s an awesome guy he made the experience way better and honestly he deserves a raise! He really pointed out the amazing view from top of the “jump and hand activity” (inside joke) lol.

It was decent place! It did smell like pee around the foam and ball pit area! My son ended up getting a fracture on his knee because of lots of kids on the trampolines. Then again weekends is not a good time to go. Overall, my kids do not care to go back.

NEVER COME TO THIS DUMP NORTH RIVERSIDE URBAN AIR. I went to this establishment on March 25th it was the worst, most horrible day and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It began when I got there after 5pm the front ticket lady already had an attitude she sold me the platinum deal , including all the attractions I spent about $85 in cash after we received our wristbands I noticed the other customers received the same as us even though we payed for the platinum and not the basic deal. Most of the attractions for platinum were closed due to short staff all the employees I could say I saw about 4-5. In an establishment that should have 10-20 to even be open. As we got to the platinum attractions, the person in charge would let everyone on. This led me to believe that I could have bought the basic package and used all the attractions, saving me $40. And that's not the worst part of this experience, the employes blame the owner for the short staff I believe it is his fault for the hiring the WRONG staff then my locker was stuck and I waited an hour to get help and requested a refund. Then the manager there told me they didn't give refunds and began to cry because she was overwhelmed since people kept walking in. Like I said, WRONG staff. I would never return to this establishment. There is no customer service or any structure or figure of authority to run this dump. Also, the employee kept using this is not part of the corporation and using the owner as an excuse. Urban Air is now getting a bad rep for this dump.

Awful experience.
The place was over crowded and the staff was no where to be found to get these little kids off certain things so that other people could use the obstacle course. There were little kids just burying themselves in the foam pit that is made for the obstacle course so now no one can use it or else we’re going to step on their heads. Half of the activities were closed.

They are supposed to be selling food, no popcorn, no chicken tenders, no pretzels. All the bad was nachos and cheese. Oh you wanted beer, sorry we only have warm bud light, or you wanted a seltzers that we say we have.. oh no sorry we don’t have any. No wine either, how do you have an open cafe that you say you have all this stuff and yet you have nothing available? This was mid day we were there from 3-8…
Ridiculous. There were kids fighting and the staff did nothing, adults just standing on the trampoline on their phone staking up the space.
This was a trashy location. Get better staff and stand firm on your policies so kids can actual play. I shouldn’t be spending over $150 on these tickets to not be able to use anything. Also these 3/4 years should not be running around without parents, don’t complain when your kid gets stepped on or fallen on when they are not paying attending and jumping infront of other kids.

Oh also at the go karts, there was a little
Kid stuck in the hill and waiving his arms and yelling for staff for over a minute and all three staff guys were sitting playing on their phone, my boyfriend had to yell at them that this kid has been stuck on the hill yelling for me.

Worst location ever. Incompetent and lazy staff/ management. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I’m a very patient person and understanding because I’ve worked in retail and customer service for many years. I purchased my son a slice of pizza and the women said 10 mins. 15 mins later I go to pick it up & she tells me it’s not ready and they haven’t even put the pizza in the oven yet. 25-30 mins later they tell me they are cutting the pizza and at this point I just wanted a refund. The lady that works in the cafe got an attitude because I asked for a refund! She kept just saying but it’s ready now, no I dont Want it anymore and I should not have to explain myself multiple times to someone of why I don’t want the slice of pizza anymore. Do not sit here and promise somebody it’s going to be ready in 10 minutes and then even 30 minutes later it’s still not ready. Her co worker comes over gives me attitude and tells me I need To go get my card out of my car in order to get a refund even though I paid through Apple Pay. Bunch of kids who work here and some of them just have attitudes for no reason.
