1st time at a Fazoli's. Perfect for pasta lovers. My daughter and I got the #17 Sampler, which included Lasagna, Cheese Ravioli, Spaghetti, and Chicken Fettuccine. All were good. The breadsticks were soft and warm. Service was good, then we were kind of left alone after we got our food, which came out quickly. We had mentioned to the order taker/cashier this was our 1st time so, a heads up on getting all our condiments, forks, ourselves etc. would of been nice. Then we cleaned up our own table and put the dishes in the take away buckets. Hoping that is what we were supposed to do. No clue. Most of restaurants chains now days are resorting to self service. Kinda getting used to just ordering then taking care of the rest ourselves. Reasonably priced. The environment was clean. The restrooms were well stocked.

It's a treat to stop here when we come to Quincy. The place is always clean and the staff is courteous. Not to mention, the food is fresh, and the bread sticks are amazing.

After waiting 35 minutes in line before I obtained my food, you hope it was worth the wait. It wasn't. Don't be fooled by the picture of the lasagna on their website. My serving was maybe 3/4 inch thick. Not much filling and not much flavor. I will say the bread sticks were good. However, a small dipping sauce won't be enough if you want a taste on each bite. You will need to be conservative with it.

We had not eaten at a Fazoli's restaurant for many years due to the one in our town closing a long time ago. The food was as tasty as we remember; served nice and hot with those wonderful bread sticks they have! The prices have remained reasonable. The only disappointment was only receiving 4 bread sticks when they are currently advertised as "unlimited" and they always were in the past. But no others were offered other than the original 4.

We were in the drive thru for 30 minutes. All that was ordered was spaghetti with marinara and 6 breadsticks and there were still two cars ahead of us that were waiting also. Went in and was told it didn't matter the wait would still be super long. Honestly we left, and it is very doubtful that we will be back.

The meals are wonderful the breadsti is are so soft and buttery well done salad is fresh torn lettuce w real cheese and topped w Blue Cheese Dressing all under entrees under 20 dollars great quick lunch

Employees were friendly and helpful when we came in with a large group. The dining room was clean and staff kept tables clear. Very accommodating and everyone enjoyed the food.
