This hotel was amazing! we booked our stay last minute as we were on a long drive home. The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful when we got there. the room was very clean and modern looking. the breakfast was also good for the price. there were biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, cereal, and yogurt. there was also a beautiful view of the mississippi river and bridge.

Nice clean hotel very friendly employees. The room I got had a nice view of the river. The room had 1 queen bed, a fold out couch an 2 tvs a fridge microwave an lil sink. The hotel is within walking distance of a nice bbq place. When I go back to quincy I'll probably stay there again.

Overall good one night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit was quiet and thermostat seemed to function properly. Bathroom lighting was excellent, once you get used to the light bulbs that brightened slowly after switching on. Breakfast in the morning was very basic, nothing to get excited about. Only real peeve was rooms did not have coffee makers, nor was there any available in the lobby. Still, one of the better hotels visited in the Wyndham brand.

The rooms were updated, clean, quiet and nice. We had a river view! The bathroom was older but functioned just fine. It had a heat lamp -which you don't find anymore! Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our visit to Microtel Hotel in Quincy was a great experience. Beds comfortable, Hotel and Rooms very clean, and the view of the river and bridge was beautiful. It was close to great food. Definitely recommend the Krazy Kitchen. Wonderful breakfast.

Went on vacation with my son and my 2 service dogs and my sons emotional support dogs and they were rude when I told then I didn't have to pay a fee manager kept cutting me off and told me I did and they proceeded to tell me that in Illinois the law was that the fee wasn't waived. Then told me that my service dogs needed registration and he was gonna look up the registration. I told him there was no registration and even looked it up on the ADA website and showed them but I was still wrong. I paid 205 exactly and they charged me for one night when I only was there for 3 hours! Had to sleep in my car because they told me I needed to check out. Will be calling Ada Monday and they can deal with it. On top of that I tried speaking with the manager while my son was with me and my 12 year old son said something and I chimed in the manager proceeded to interrupt me and said and I qoute "I'm talking to your son" like I wasn't his mother and when I said he's 12 he put his hand up and stopped me I said you know what talk to my son go ahead. He proceeded to talk to my son like he was a grown man instead of talking to the adults 😒 I have it on recording even and I will be taking matters into my own hands.

Rooms are nice, the whole place is clean. The beds are a bit hard. The pillows are great. Breakfast was good and fresh.

This place overcharged us 3x and had an issue with us confronting the problem. The bank informs em of the transaction, and they played dumb.

After the complaints.. our rooms weren't serviced. Informed em of that issue, and the desk clerk passed me 2 towels with zero apologies.

I had to tell him that 2 people were staying in the room and then he gave me the correct amounts of towels but with an attitude.

After constant hackling about our money.. the refund shows up. People pay attention to your charges while there.
