Positive: Location was great and size of room. Heater was definitely working well, my husband turned it up and got really warm fast had to turn it down. Negative: Water in the shower was only luke- warm turned all the way up. When we arrived back both nights in the evening you could smell marijana in the entry way and especially by the desk area.

Manager was very rude at check in, I was told over the phone that I would get a 15% discount and manager said no discounts!! The 2 rooms keys they gave me didn’t work, so his solution was to give us the master key to the hotel. We had to borrow the master key and give it right back. The room was ok, smoke detector was missing, just wires hanging. Elevator was expired for a recent inspection. We will never stay there again, room definitely not worth the $99 a night

I had a room reserved for a coworker and they called me on THE EVENING OF the check in date to tell me they overbooked and they didn't have the room available that I reserved three months before! On top of that, they offered no resolution, no help on another hotel - nothing. And, I'm pretty sure they didn't even apologize!

Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was inexpensive. Negative: There were things from previous guests in the drawers of the dresser and the refrigerator had not been cleaned in some time. Also, Fox news constantly on in the lobby.

Not a pleasurable visit. Room not stocked had to call down for more tissue, sink handle fell off when we tried to brush our teeth, elevator broken, and quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed. Every time we tossed or turned the mattress moved with us.

So, I never post reviews online but I felt like I had to after staying here to warn people not to stay here. We stayed in 306 while supporting a family member through a hospital stay and we were exhausted by the time we checked in. Once we got into the room, there were SEVERAL issues. The top cover on the bed had a huge stain, the sink handle was not attached and came off every time we used it, the fire detector was ripped off the ceiling exposing a hole with exposed wires dangling out, the fire sprinklers had a plastic bag wrapped around it, the bathroom fan did not work, the air conditioner was making a loud continuous metal grinding screech, the towels all had stains, and the tv screen was broken and had white spots making hard to even watch tv. Although it was only $80, this is BEYOND unacceptable. Moral of the story, don’t even bother.
