I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my stay at the Heritage Hotel of Quincy, where I had the pleasure of spending three weeks shortly after its opening.

I can confidently say that the level of service and hospitality I received deserves more than just five stars. Christi, the General Manager, has truly set a high standard with her professionalism and pleasant demeanor. It was evident she, along with her front desk manager, dedicated countless hours and wore multiple hats to ensure the hotel operated seamlessly during its initial launch. I frequently witnessed their commitment, from greeting guests throughout the day to preparing breakfast early each morning.

The accommodations exceeded my expectations; the rooms are not only clean and well-maintained but also spacious and quiet, providing a perfect retreat after a long day.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am more than happy to recommend the Heritage Hotel of Quincy to all my coworkers and colleagues.

Came into Quincy to visit family for the New Year. This was my first time staying at the Heritage Hotel. At the time, I did not know that this hotel had just had its grand opening. Everything was fresh, clean, and new.

From start to end, I was genuinely impressed with the level of service and warm reception we received from the hotel staff. Each of the staff makes sure you feel right at home. I want to give a special 'shout out' to Christy, the hotel's GM - she works around the clock to make sure that each and every guest is well taken care of.
Hotel rooms are immaculately clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. The location is right near downtown and since it is along the banks of the Mississippi River, you will get a great view of the river and suspension bridge (which lights up at night for a specular view).

Next trip to Quincy, I look forward to re-booking at the Heritage Hotel.

This hotel is brand new and so beautifully decorated! It has a very cozy feeling to it. It’s the best place to stay right near downtown Quincy. Quick 10 min walk to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and the bars. The room was super crisp and clean. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to whatever you need. They let me work in the breakfast room and take conference calls. I also talked with the manager at the front desk and she is very hard working and eager to make this newly opened hotel a success!

I recently had a 1 night stay here and it was fantastic! The front desk is super friendly! The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. Beds are super comfy too. Get to breakfast early as they do run out fast!

We travel for work and ended up in Quincy for 1 night and were very blessed to have found this hotel. From start to finish it exceeded our expectations.
The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond in any way they can for you. They have done a beautiful job remodeling. The rooms were 10/10 all the way around. Very clean, beds were comfortable and all the amenities were included for your stay.
We ended up having to stay a 2nd night in the area and we without a doubt stayed here another night.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The general manager Christy is very professional and insightful and her willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate your stay is nothing short of perfect.
We will definitely be back to stay again whenever we are in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

It would be fantastic if someone was at the desk early morning when you have to check out before 9am as arranged prior to checking in (per phone call). We had to drive around for a bit before checking out.
